We bought the annual passes which are about the same price as two days entry- definitely well worth it. Excellent rides and the staff are very helpful. Bring some of your own food and drinks too for the queues

So got there for the gates opening so we could get on the zoofari ride that was broken last time we went only to rush to it and find that this was the case once again!...so with that we managed to get in the line for dragons fury only for the ride to break twice while we were waiting and that ended up taking well over an hour!...I tweeted chessington to be told to go to the help desk and they would be able to assist me as this was a shame with the children....unfortunately this message was sent to myself until I was heading out of the car park (did they have too many complaints to deal with first??) but by far the worst experience was the “all you can eat pasta and pizza”...this was over £30 for us and the girls were looking forward to tucking into endless pasta....think again!! After taking my money I’m told to the delight of my starving kids it’s only pizza and no pasta as the pasta heater (this was the excuse I was given) has broken down! All I can say is shame on you Chessington and spend your money somewhere that is better value for money (hint Poultons Park would be a much better choice)

Eventually got here through some heavy traffic. Guidance on where to park was not clear at all North? South? Person driving the car has a lot to think about! No clear signage.

Kids were really looking forward to coming here (all the way from the Isle of Wight) So we decided to book a hotel nearby but this made little difference with London traffic.

£192 for family of 4. A lot of money but offer to upgrade to annual pass for an extra £8, seemed to be good value, so we took advantage of the offer. However, now regretting it... queues were so long we managed four rides all day. So disappointing!

Last entry to rides at 6pm, so left at 6pm. Car park was at a stand still. Car wheels spinning trying to get off muddy field. We have a 4x4 SUV and struggled. We all had to help each other. No sign of staff to help out until 7pm! Car is now covered in mud. And parking is charged at £3 for the privilege! (Although there are vouchers for annual pass holders) Additionally, once out of the mud be careful! My car ground twice on what I thought were hard standing roads. If I am honest, this in mind, it will probably cost me more in the long run, I cannot even look at the bottom of my (new) car.

No Blue Light Discounts of any kind.

Very disapointing. Appalling visit. Will be back to complain.

Per Ardua 96.

It took 1hr 30 mins to get in to the mud bath of a car park . Felt poor organisation and chronic over crowding. I spent £ 130 and all I got was 3 rides . The food halls where awful . I feel that it is fraudulent behaviour to sell expensive tickets and deliver a very poor service. I would strongly advise any family not to waste their money .
