Stayed here for a week. Rooms are clean and functional. Pool area is large and pool is clean. Complex is maintained and cleaned daily.
When we were there the pool was closed and drained for repairs so we didn't use it that much.
Directions are fine but look for a big sign saying Destiny and an estate agents that's the entrance.
You are a five minute walk from the commercial centre. This has a large supermarket and anymore of shops bars and restaurants. There is entertainment here. A cracking wee band play on a Sunday at the bar at the bottom.
Walking past the centre up the hill you pass the water park. Not exact Typhoon Lagoon.
Next at top junction is the start of the main drag. Loads of bars and restaurants etc. Never had a bad meal here at all but the Indians are adequate so I wouldn't bother.
For lunch anerican Burger/ diner or the Paris cafe offer amazing value.
The beaches can be exposed and windy but there is a small sheltered one just round from the harbour.
To get to the apartment just get the service bus outside the airport. The bus is 3 to Puerto Rosario. Get off at terminus. Then get 6 bus to Corallejio. Get off at mini terminus in Corallejio. The bus will stop here. There are some bus stands and small white buildings. Head back down the road the bus came up. There is a huge incomplete hotel. Aka building site on your left. Las Dunas is across the road. By the way the bus is as cheap as chips and took us about an hour all in. Quicker and cheaper than the shuttles and they are clean and modern.
One final point. The apartment is as described but the sound insulation sucks and good luck with the satellite. Use the washing machine at program 6 unless you want to be there all day.
