Spent new year here 2017/2018. Grossly overpriced for value for money. Would have been ok if on a cheap deal. Pool area spotless as was restaurant. Good choice of food. No upgrade to premium drinks as in thomas cook brochure. Rooms are very outdated and in need of serious upgrade.
All inclusive ends at 11am. There is no chill out lounge other than the outside bar which is cold this time of year at night. Entertainment bar is more like bultins. Can't fault staff or food but does need a major upgrade.

Room Tip: All seem to be the same

Well what a holiday, we can’t speak highly enough about it or the staff, everyone we came across from cleaners to reception staff etc were amazing. My son is 15 and autistic and they couldn't do enough for us , Alessandro went the extra mile and always found time to chat to my son. The room we had first of all was a studio apartment but we then moved to a one bedroom apartment which was fabulous, plenty of room and spotless. The cleaners came in 5 days out of the 7 and beds were changed 3 times during our stay. We had a balcony and also another one to hang your washing on.
The food was fantastic and there was plenty of variety even for a fussy eater.
The hotel is spotless, the pools were cleaned every morning and there were always plenty of sun beds
Its in a great location close enough to the town centre which is only 20min walk away to enjoy all the shops, lively bars, cafes and restaurants yet far enough away to offer a perfect place to relax kick back and enjoy the beach just a few minutes away.
Thank you so much for everything that you did for us x

Room Tip: Rooms at the far side of the hotel much quieter than those by reception.

First time we have stayed at an all inclusive where you are given a map and take your own bags to your room, Air conditioning would be be a priority in the summer, pay for drinking water and coffee in your room and pay + deposits for a safe and TV remote. okay you could get coffee and water from the bar (between 10am - 11.00pm) and the local drinks were ok to be fair, The food was 5 star and the service by the hard working staff in the bar and the restaurant was excellent. The whole of the Hotel looks very tired and dated (believe it is closing in march 2018 for a refurb) which it really needs. Info for the New Year entertainment was a bit sketchy and it was kept secret, whether you would be expected to pay for drinks after 11pm, so we opted to go to the nearby square to celebrate the new year. Just needs to have more info out there for their guests and this could be a top class hotel as it especially caters for people with all forms of special cares and needs as well as being wheel chair friendly (excellent facilities)

Room Tip: If you like to leave a window open at night , go for first floor apt. rooms at bottom of estate are away from the bar / entertainment area.

I came here for week before Christmas with my partner and her brothers family, on arrival we were greeted very well by members of staff, the rooms need upgrading as abit dated but were very clean and just enough to get changed and sleep in.

The hotel pool and bar area are spotless but a good number of beds to relax, the buffet area is abit like a canteen but the food made up for that, my only real complaint was the entertainment bar which was very small and in high season would definitely not be able to cope, plus the pool tables are from the 80s, badly worn and need replacing as they cost a Euro a game

The hotel is very close to all amenities, the beach and restaurants aren’t to far away either. The biggest plus is the staff they work extremely long hrs and always with a smile on their faces, a big cheers goes to Gino he entertained us all day and night, a real credit to the team

Good location, short flat walk to center of Corralejo; people with walking difficulties may prefer a taxi.
Near by, stroll across sand dunes to a great expanse of beach; may need to be broadminded for parts (clothes optional), albeit there is a large family friendly beach patrolled by lifeguards.
Playa Park pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. Food was pretty good, and plentiful. Entertainment was harmless.
Gym much better than expected, free weights and 4 cardio machines.

Room Tip: Away from main building, we had 402, which was a great location.
