Must see upon visiting Fuerteventura. Sandy dunas close to clear waters of Atlantic Ocean, local wild life. This is an adventure for all.

Great place for sunbath and swimming in the ocean. Very picturesque, with not many people. It takes around 40 minutes to get ther by walk from Corralejo but the bus number 6 stops there as well.

this is such a well looked after stretch of beach and dunes, the distance covered by the life guards whose base is in front of the Riu Palace Tres lslas
4 quad bikes with 2 lifeguards on each go out each morning traveling out south along the extent of the nature park returning late afternoon
as mentioned in other reviews clothing is optional on the beaches and in the dunes, some naturists seen right up to front of Tres Islals walking up and down at waters edge
the water is crystal clear does have times when not safe to enter water when red flags are flying, some chose to ignore and you will here the lifeguards whistles to try and get the attention of those who are in danger

There are no other words to describe this barren yet beautiful place; it stands as a pre-historic reminder of the world before mankind, awe inspiring and mostly untouched by civilisation. This is a must for anyone who wants to see the real Fueteventura...

Beautiful sandy tranquil beaches away from the town with only the gentle sound of the sea. Beware a lot of rocks along the waterline though. We loved the peace and quiet, but be aware the beaches are clothing optional so a lot of flesh on display (we kept our costumes on)
