My wife and i recently stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and we were very disappointed. There are always good and bad reviews but unfortunately the bad ones were right. For example we did not expect a large room ie a suite, but the room was small with little storage space for clothes. The room was clean but beds were very hard and no double beds. The main let down was the food, lack of choice and poor quality ,and always seemed to be dry and over cooked. Table cloths were not changed regularly enough.Entertainment staff were friendly and helpful,as were the Thomson reps . Reception staff were always very helpful, when we unfortunately had some money stolen when we were out shopping. Pool area quite nice and clean, but if you wanted sun beds there were towels on them by breakfast time so you had trouble getting them. Unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel and would not stay again.

Room Tip: Rooms facing beach were quieter than rooms facing the busy road.

Arrived at 3am to find they'd left the restaurant open so we could have a small snack and tea/coffee .. a nice touch and a good start to the holiday.

The front of the hotel leads directly onto the beach.. the rear of the hotel faces a busy main road. The rooms are small but carpeted with comfortable beds.. a 32in wall mounted TV with all the BBC and ITV channels and quiet air-con made for a very pleasant stay.

The week we were there the guests were mostly..if not all Brits and towels were out bagging the best sunbeds at 7.30am so there you go - it's not just the Germans!
Free wi-fi which worked. . most of the time.. well.. what do you expect for nothing? some places charge for that.

A well set out dining room with lots of 2-seat tables.. food was varied. ..and hot! the manager was often seen checking the temperature of the food..drinks was self-service..was nice to help yourself to bottles of beer from the fridge.

What's wrong with this hotel? not much . .
Yes the drinks and cocktails are weak.. mostly juice and ice cubes.. easily remedied - just get a measure of spirits on its own and pour it in!
The abundance of "tips" boxes around the place.. At the bar.. fair enough... at the entrance to the restaurant..ok... another one at the show cooking section in the restaurant.. come on! I'm not mean-spirited (I even gave the cleaner a few Euros) It was just a "tips" box too far!

Check out was 12 mid-day and our coach pick-up was 11.30pm! but we could still use all the hotel facilities.. meals.. drinks etc. This is a really nice hotel.. they go out of their way to ensure you have a nice holiday.
It says on the front of the hotel that it's a 3 star hotel - and that's exactly what it is. . but it's one of the best 3 star hotels you'll ever stay in.

Would I recommend this hotel? most definitely.

My husband and I stayed here 30th may for 1 week, had a lovely room over looking the sea, couldnt fault the room lovely and clean,The couple next door were forever bonking ,if only they moved there bed away from the wall ,as the walls were very like cardboard ,
the food was average what you would expect from a 3 * hotel .we ate out several times ,the breakfast was quite nice ,and hot and there was plenty,
We hired a car and went out and about was a good price 108 euros approx. £78 ford fiesta ,ordered from hotel.)for 3 days
across the road from hotel lovely beach ,you could take drinks in a plastic cup the drinks were very watery ,we paid 2 euros for our whiskey, and dessarono all in all ok would go there again ,the staff were hard working and were very polite.

Room Tip: ask for front facing the sea

Ive never stayed in such a clean hotel and that includes plenty of five stars , we stayed here in setember 2014, and thoroughly enjoyed it the staff were excellent ,i didnt mind queing for drinks because the barmen were very quick ,the room was small but spotless ,food was basic but enjoyable ,we had a great time and would go again (perhaps not for young and lively)

Arrived on 31st may at around midnight, on checking in we were told that they had laid some tea out for us in the restaurant which was nice, we had tea at the airport as we didint think we would eat untill breakfast.
The hotel itself is lovely very clean, the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. As a couple of 23 we found the hotel a bit too old for us as it was mainly 60+ But it was no problem. The rooms are kept very clean. The entertainment was good but mainly aimed at the older generation. The beach is literally across the road and it's beautiful. The food was very basic with not much choice and mainly repetitive. But all in all it was a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again.
