We stayed at Hotel Cambridge as part of a package holiday arranged through Jet2Holidays.
As a family of 4 (two children aged 18 and 14) we required 2 rooms. My wife e-mailed the hotel prior to us leaving and asked if we could have the two rooms close together. We received an Email within the hour telling us that this would be arranged. Our rooms were next door to each other.
The food was delicious. Breakfasts are buffet style - hot and cold food (with the option to have decaf coffee). While having dinner - you are given the following evening's menu. You then select the meals you want so that they can have the food prepared for your arrival the next night.
On some evenings, a glass of Prosecco is served with dinner - the (now retired) owner of the hotel comes round each table to offer a toast. A nice touch.
The hotel will provide packed lunches if you are unable to make dinner - this should be ordered in advance (about 24 hours before).
The sunbeds around the pool cost 3 Euros per day per bed but the beds on the beach are numerous and free. This meant that you don't have to worry about selfish travelers "reserving" a sunbed by the pool by placing their towel on in for hours without using it.
The hotel is located right next to the beach that can be accessed by a private gate. The strip runs down the other side of the hotel so nightlife and shopping are very close by.
The rooms are quite small but very clean and have everything you need including a fridge, hair dryer, television etc.
The hotel decor has a classic feel about it.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to couples and families alike.
Many thanks for a great stay

We have just returned from a lovely 7 nights at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient and make everyone feel very special. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor with a side view of the sea and a good sized balcony. The buffet breakfast is excellent, a lot of hot and cold choices. If you want a lounger by the pool you pay €3 a day, which means that particular lounger is yours for the day which in our opinion in great value. We have stayed in hotels where if you wanted a lounger by the pool you had to be up by 7am to make sure you get one and even it was pot luck. Dinner was four course every evening. A buffet salad, great choice, and starter, main course and wonderful desserts. At dinner each evening you are given the menu for the next night. The owner of the hotel is known as "The President". He makes a great fuss of welcoming each guest and a couple of evenings during our stay he came around to each table to speak to the guests. We had the same table for dinner each evening and when we arrived our wine and water (that we had ordered the previous evening) were already on our table. The location is excellent, right in the center of the shopping street with a lot of great shops. The hotel also has a private beach so you are guaranteed a lounger and umbrella. Cannot fault this hotel and will be returning.

We have just come home from this hotel ,and had to share our experience. If you want the best hotel for food friendly staff. And comfort. This is the place to stay. The food is beautiful and have little extras that really makes you feel special. Very clean and bright. It's right on the sea front. Breakfast is served on the view of the beautiful pool. This is a must if you want to feel special. It's right in the centre of the strip which has plenty of shops to browse.

Room Tip: We were in room 419 and could see the beach from it. There are front rooms with slightly better beac...

Me and the Mrs visited here back in September. It's a really good hotel and the staff are great, especially Maria! The dining room is very nice we're we ate almost every evening where you'll be joined by the owner welcoming everyone. He's also there on the welcome evening with unlimited prosecco and appetisers. Close to the beach which is for the hotel and there are always plenty of sun beds close to the beach bar. Yes you have to pay for pool side sun loungers but wasn't really needed anyway. Would book here again but maybe in 2018. We had such a good time here we will never forget it.
