This is our third stay at this hotel and the hotel has always lived up to our expectations. The hotel is clean, breakfasts are very good with a excellent choice of food and as much as you want. The staff are very knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

This is the first time we have visited without children so in the past we have had a family room which was great, plenty of room. This time we just had a standard room and that was perfect for our needs, we knew that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room so we brought our own, no problem. The WiFi is good and the TV with satellite is a bonus. The hotel is well situated on Via Bafile and with the beach only 5 minutes away it’s ideal.

Our flight was a late night departure and I asked if it was possible to extend our stay in the room I know this cannot always be the case especially if the hotel is full but reception agreed to do this for a small charge for which I am very grateful. Just another example of the helpfulness of the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come and visit Lido di Jesolo, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I booked a room for my wife, my two daughters (6 and 2) and me. Room price was 378 euro for 2 nights from 26/08 till 28/08. Bed only. No breakfast included. Arrived on hotel at 12:00 the first issue: the room wasn't yet ready.
The second: hotel parking was full and alternative parking was about 1 km far from hotel.
We had to put our bags (you can imagine how many with two little daughters!!!) in the hotel hall and waiting, bring the car in the far parking and wait for about half an hour to can go to the room.
The room was cleaned enough. There was 4 bed sites a little bathroom and a little little little terrace.
Very bad services:
NO frigobar (where we can put the little daughter milk???).
Unusable tv (no synchronizations).

I am usual hotel guest for business needs (Rome, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona). I know that the services has a price. I think that for this kind of services the price is "a little" high. I think also that it is very annoying listening the hotel staff that try to convince the people (not only me) that this kind of services are not usual in all the hotels of the same range. This sound a little pathetic and very annoying.

Room Tip: I suggest to choose another hotel.

We are really sorry to read that your holiday was not up to your expectations.

We always try to do our best to make our guests feel like home but sometimes we fail and this might be your case.
Your feedback will surely be useful to improve our future changes.
For instance, depending by the type of room booked, we equip it of a little fridge. This was not your case, of course, but we are planning to add one in every room.
About the Tv, we have at disposal a maintenance person that could have fixed the issue in a short time.

All in all, we would like to apologise for not being more attentive and more proactive. We hope that you will come back at the Hotel Diana and give us another chance to improve your feelings about our property.

We stayed here in September this year for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The hotel rooms was comfortable and very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and wiling to go the extra mile. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. The hotel has good wifi and is really close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Thanks guys!

We stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel to be very clean and tidy, breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful and all the staff very helpful. We had a family room with separate bedrooms and we had loads of space, only disappointment was the balcony wasn't big enough to sit on. We would definitely come back again.

We had just left Hotel Diana this morning after having spent six nights there.
The hotel is just 5min from a very accessible beach. The rooms are clean and the service is fairly good. Some of the strongest points of the hotel is their very copious breakfast with a variety of food and abundant coffee, the smiling and helpful staff, a free access to parking and beach.
Obviously, there are few things that personally think worth improving. One of them is to provide hangers for beach towels (outside windows for example) as we were in a non-balcony room. For families who have kids I would advise to book a room with a balcony to be able to dry beach items as it is inevitable.
Bring along your multi-plug too. It is a must in the hotel. In our room there was only one free plug to charge our PC and three phones altogether. We had to unplug the room phone to be able to take turns charging our devices.
