I visited this hotel and stayed for 2 weeks with my 2 children. On arrival we got a lovely welcome from the owners of the hotel. The room we stayed in had 3 single beds and was definitely big enough for what we needed but most importantly it was pristine clean as was the bathroom, the room had a tv but we didn't watch this. Breakfast at the hotel was the same each day but had to pay extra for an English breakfast. The evening meals were lovely their is a set menu but you also have the choice from other main course menu. The pool area was good the kids loved it especially the jacuzzi. Enough sun loungers to go round. Staff were always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return.

We cannot recommend Hotel d'annunzio highly enough. We have never experienced such a warm welcome anywhere. The staff and management worked so hard to ensure that everyone had a fabulous holiday. The hotel was clean with daily maid service and the food was amazing, particularly the 3 course evening meal. Because our family is classed as four adults we had to have 2 rooms, but they were interconnected by the room phone, so there was no problem. The pool area was lovely and the beach very accessible with a designated area for the hotel guests. Maurice (one of managers)was very helpful directing us on the best/cheapest way to travel to Venice. No hesitation in recommending such a friendly hotel.

Room Tip: Room 40 has an entire roof top for a balcony, but is a small room. Room 31 is a bigger room with no balcony. Both on the pool side of hotel.

Hi All,

Just a quick review on my time spent here and at the hotel - Lido itself is beautiful... close to Venice etc. and weather was superb.

The hotel was also lovely - the staff were superb - drinks are expensive mind... and make sure you take plenty of mobile data as the wifi was a speed of 0.32MB - unusable - cost me an extra £50 to add data bundles to 3 phones!!!! Mozzy heaven also...

The hotel in general was lovely though - very clean and great pool area for the kids to enjoy and a stone throw from the beach... food wasn't great but decent enough

I would recommend but take into account what ive said - go prepared - take plenty of cash as THEY DONT take card payments in the hotel... i wish i went knowing all of this...!
