Stayed as part of a tour group for 3 nights. We had a room with twin beds which were quiet hard. Pillows ok. Fair amount of storage space. Bathroom ok , shower over bath which is a bit of a struggle for me. Hairdryer worked well and I loved the light up shaving/make up mirror. Safe worked and was easy to use.
Air con not brilliant though.
Rooms & Hotel seemed very clean. Staff on Reception were very nice. We used the small bar area which was a reasonable price. Breakfast was good, a selection of ham, cheese, cereals , fruit.....all the things for a continental plate.
We did eat dinner here but the Restaurant is a separate business from the hotel we were told.
Some of our party had very modern rooms , so maybe there is a refurb taking place for the bedrooms. Lots of antique furniture as you walk through the building.
The negative for me is not having any outside seating area, difficult I know if you are located on the main square.
Easy walking distance to looks around the town and a supermarket located a couple of minutes walk away.More
