This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful rooms and surrounding. We had lunch here one of the days and it did taste amazing together with their own wine. The staff was really nice and did everything to make our visit great.

This place is perfect. The views and setting are incredibly beautiful. Our room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. Didn’t have air con but 2 big fans which were fine.
The pool is lovely and peaceful.
The family who run the place are wonderful; so helpful and lovely, did everything they could to make our stay perfect.
We didn’t want to leave, and can’t wait to go back.

We had a lovely few days staying in a two bedroom apartment at the end of August. The apartment was well equipped. We particularly liked the outdoor areas to eat and relax in. The pool also lovely. An easy walk into town where we ate at their restaurant. La Terrace which was very good. Reception is not always manned so if you need drinks then stock up at the local store. If the owners are around then you can buy drinks on site. The even better for us was the need for air conditioning. It was very hot in August and the ceiling fans where big enough for the bedrooms on the mezzanines. We would stay again but perhaps at a cooler time of year until there is Air Con.

The environment is gorgeous as often in the Chianti area. Unfortunately we had a suite (Il Ballatoio), for 125€ x night, without air conditioning and therefore it was impossible to sleep. The breakfast is poor and they ask an extra payment for a "cappuccino" (ridiculous). For 125€ x night, they ask an extra fee for cleaning the "suite" (ridiculous). I should say that foreign people (not Italian like me) are the obvious "target" for the owners, because they focus mainly on the environment.
