Really enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. Checked in online and the front desk staff had everything ready when we arrived. Got the key card and was able to go directly to our room. Room setup was great and very clean. Was quiet in the room. It was a hot day but A/C worked great. Enjoyed the breakfast. Plenty available seating which can be a problem in some hotels with breakfast included. Staff attending to the breakfast were great also. Will definitely be back again!

We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed all the amenities provided, from indoor pool to hot breakfast every morning to evenings that provided complimentary snacks, desserts, and even burgers! There was plenty of parking and the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and near a main road with plenty of markets and services that came in handy. Close proximity to Williamsburg attractions and to Virginia Beach. Entire staff was extremely nice, especially those staffing the kitchen area in the mornings and evenings. We had a one-bedroom suite which was very spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, we had a two bedroom suite and it was perfect for our needs. The pet fee was hefty at $100, frankly they should be at $50 or less, thats what we find at most Hilton properties. We selected this property because of the room size and that did not disappoint. Front desk ok, didn't use the pool, but it looked ok. Parking was a PROBLEM, and one night we had to park in the other hotels lot.

The hotel itself is nice and the kitchen staff was awesome. Unfortunately, they staff dishonest people, who take customers personal items and then you walk away feeling like you have done something wrong. I stayed at this location July 8 - 13 for AAU Nationals and will never stay here again. Someone in housekeeping decided to take our Victoria Secret items and bag and no one is being held accountable for it and then as a slap in our face the hotel only want to refund us half of our money back. Be aware if you book at this hotel there is a good chance your items can come up missing.

We spent our 46th wedding anniversary, on June 26th at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in a king studio suite. It was a nice size and very comfortable and clean. Having the kitchen was great for us so that we could bring our own food, most already prepared. It does not have a full stove however, just a two burner stove top. The one bedroom units have a full size stove with oven. The kitchen is well equipped with basic needs and nice silverware, dishes and glasses. The towels are thick and fluffy. The perk is that they have a social gathering on Mon, Tues and Wed. All the food was very good. Monday was appetizer night with homemade salsa and guacamole with a hot appetizer dip. Very tasty. Tues they had a barbeque with homemade potatoe salad, breads and salad. Both nights included fruit. The chef and attendant were both very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. We checked out on Wed but it was dessert night, The location was good because it was about 20 minutes from Williamsburg and only about 25-30 minutes from Virginia Beach. I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating except the bed was not as comfortable (rather soft) as usual and the bed linen quality was not as good as in other Residence Inns I've been to. The breakfast was pretty good, though with andouille sausage, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. They also had a waffle maker. The service was very good and I would definitely return to this Residence Inn.
