We chose to go up to Mottaret to Zig Zag for Pierre Chaude (table BBQstyle). We had heard it was great food here and we heard right. Loads of food. (as much as you can eat !) .3 meats..chicken, beef, duck ! Loads of home made chips.big salad bowl...and good value wine. It was a very sociable evening tucked away in an alcove at the back. perfect for 6 - 10 people. highly recommended and easy to get here from Meribel town on the free bus. 5 minutes !

My family and I had a lovely meal at this restaurant. The lady who runs it was lovely. The food was fabulous and very reasonable priced. It's very small so booking in advance is advised. Well worth a visit.

This is a small, warm and traditional restaurant, with local specialities atvthe bottom of the slopes in Meribel - Motteret. We had the three cheese fondu and the escalope. The meals were tasty, well presented and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and reasonably fast. Worth a visit

This restaurant continues to give great value lunches. We have eaten here for years. The plat du jour is about 12 euros ..about 15 with dessert. Excellent value for 3 valleys. Lovely friendly service, Gets very busy at times so try to reserve. Expect about 20 euros pp with house wine.

Nicely located at the bottom of the slopes. Daily new menu for lunch with view of the slopes and cosy little place for diner.
