Wanting lunch here at 2pm we found almost everywhere had stopped serving. Then we stumbled on this lovely restaurant and saw the chef wandering around chatting to guests. We were lucky to secure one of the last tables. The fixed price menu was excellent value and the soup was one of the best I've ever tasted.
Service was friendly and the atmosphere very congenial .Obviously well patronised by the locals we were very glad we found this little gem!
