The food here was good. I will say, I have had better hot pot at smaller places but I think that it is to be expected. Be prepared for a long wait time....it is a little insane. We lucked out and were able to get seats at the bar after waiting for a table for about 35 minutes. It was insanely packed on a Friday night and very loud. The staff were busy, but nice and the service was good. The price is for all you can eat so it wasn't bad for that. Overall experience was good so we will be back if our favorite hot pot place is closed and that is what we're in the mood for.

Since it's hot pot/shabu shabu, it takes some time for the meat and other ingredients to cook, so this restaurant is great for people to chat for a long time! Taste is great too!

We came to eat here with friends, and were told it will be a 90 minute wait. We told them we eat individual, not family style. We were told okay, and then we were messaged and called that our table was ready. When we went back to the restaurant we told a scrawny, pale skinned kid we want individual style, and he said okay (This is the second time that it was acknowledged). One of us again asked this kid if we could have individual since we were being seated at a table with an electric top. He told us yes yet again. Then he has the audacity to come back to the table after we had been seated and said we can't sit there. Instead of doing the correct thing and addressing the mistake, we were told we have to wait an addition 60 minutes (or until a table is available) to be able to eat inidivual style which was told to them since the start and we were numerous times it was allowed. The man that said he is a supervisor wasn't apologetic and was rude. Obviously good customer service has never been taught here, and common sense is lacking. If you don't know the answer, you ask. If the customer has done nothing wrong, you fix the issue and apologize and none of this was done.

This all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant offers 6 types of broth served hot at the table and kept warm by a flame in a pot at the table .. sort of like a Sterno flame or a fondue pot. You then place an order for meats, vegetables, noodles, etc. to be cooked in the broth.. and you decide on the length of the cooking process 'cause you are doing the cooking. There are also sauces to complement your desired tastes. The meat and seafood items appeared to be frozen when they arrived at the table and this caused a bit of experimentation as to the length of the cooking process.

This is an all you can eat "Hot Pot" restaurant that is really good. My son treated us a few months back and I'm glad he did. This place is just a little off the beaten path across from the Fairfax Circle Home Depot. Whether you pick from the large assortment of meats or the fresh veggies, it is all first class and fresh here. Highly recommend you give this place a try, but go hungry !! Also, go early, because it fills up with patrons quickly during the core meal hours.
