I stayed twice over the course of a week; one stay was one night in a king room, the other stay was two nights in a double room.
The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming - one of the nicest groups of front desk associates I've met at a hotel.
King room on the second floor was terrific - everything was clean and in good shape - this Doubletree hasn't been updated like the other modern ones, but it felt cozier as a result. Double room was less impressive - one of the two mattresses was very worn out and I didn't know that the ground floor was a "pet floor" - all the rooms around me had multiple dogs staying in them. The hotel was sold out and I wasn't able to get a room on the second floor, but I think they should be more upfront about the dog policy upon check-in. That being said, the ground floor was incredibly clean and the dogs were all well-behaved.
Hope to return to Burlington and look forward to staying here - easy access to highway, but not walkable to the downtown. Starbucks right across the street!More
