We arrived early on a Friday night and were probably the last people that didn't have to wait a few minutes for a table. Very popular. They also have happy hour until 6.
Very extensive menu. Apparently this is a chain based in the NE. Decent service, reasonable prices, family friendly, popcorn brought around before entrees were served. Overall fine. Walking distance to a few hotels.

We wanted a quick casual dinner and chose the 99 after arriving in Rutland for a long ski weekend. We were originally told the wait would be twenty minutes, but ended up being seated within five minutes. The drinks were excellent, and the 99 makes a really good black bean burger. Our server was friendly and prompt too..

Ashley was fantastic, great bartender! Not pushy but there when she was supposed to be. Even changes the tv channel for me. After trying a couple local places, glad there is 99.

We were looking for somewhere to have a pleasant dinner together while we waited for a computer repair to be finished. And there was the 99 across the parking lot.

Chicken parmesan on penne for my wife and a French Dip Burger for me. I did sneak a taste of the chicken and it was good. But that burger took the hamburger to a new and higher level. Cooked as requested (that's a biggie in my rating system), swiss cheese, mushrooms, sauteed onions and a horseradish sauce with zing. A tasty au jus! The only caution is that it is a very messy sandwich. Next time it will be eaten with knife and fork, one bite at a time.

The crowning element of the meal was the waiter, a man who understands his craft and liberally seasons the meal with hospitality.

We will return.

Everything at this place tastes the same. From the fried chicken fingers, lobster roll, cheese sticks to the Cobb salad. If you must eat here the free popcorn is the best thing on the menu.
