My wife and I stayed at the Reluctant Panther Inn in Manchester, VT. I posted a review on the Inn and wanted to post a separate review of the restaurant. The Chef is Sigal Rocklin, voted best Chef in Vermont for 2018. I have to say her menu is incredible and the dining experience was perfect. Our waiter was Hunter who was attentive and well informed about the menu. When we asked about appetizers and I mentioned I wanted the Lobster and Brie fondue, he stated that is was rich appetizer that we could share and he brought us extra brioche for the fondue, which was delicious !!!!! I had the crab stuffed Vermont Trout, wow !!! Delicious !!!
My wife had the Seared Day Boat Scallops !!!!
They were cooked to perfection !!! The Amuse Bouchée was a perfect taste of the Chefs talent !!!
If you are in Manchester, Vt do not pass up the opportunity to have an incredible meal !!!More
