We had a great visit to a very dog friendly B&B. Emily (Emmy) welcomed us and was a great friend throughout our stay.
Get reservations through Emmy to the local tavern, the Barnard Inn, (it is excellent).
A big comfortable room , fenced areas for the dogs during breakfast and plenty of grounds to run the dogs. We have 2 griffs (WPGs) and that is important.
You need to be able to climb stairs and live w/o cell service(Barnard is not metropolitan). But the WiFi worked fine.
