Would I Do It Again? Only in a pinch! If you're on the road and need a place to stay, this is the place. Room was clean, but dull due to the lack of lighting. The breakfast food was typical hotel food, and if you looking for something wholesome and healthy, you may have to drive to the next town. The staffs was very pleasant...

Basic lodging - but the hotel needs some upgrades. Seemed to be understaffed. The guy working the desk was also responsible for getting the breakfast buffet ready - lots of people standing around waiting for him to get that done so they could grab a quick bite. The room was very basic - had a slight / vague smoking odor despite it being a non-smoking room. Don't think we'll stay here again.

Room Tip: Near a busy highway but the noise wasn't a factor for us.

First of all, our reservation was not reserved by the Western Inn. Good thing that we had a print-out with the confirmation number to prove that, indeed, we had a reservation.
When we got to our room, it smelled stale. However, it did have a good, comfortable bed and a kitchenette. However, the kitchenette had no coffee maker (we have tea or Postum most every morning). The sink area had no towel bar, so there was no place to hang the hand towel. No lid on the toilet seat, no cover on the lights. The breakfast was coffee (not even decaf) or milk. Hard boiled eggs that wouldn't peel, and do-it-yourself waffles. Oh, and orange juice. That's it!
I do have to say that the owners were exceptionally nice. Turned out that they had just recently taken over. A little money could go a long way here. Spanish Fork has limited hotels. It would be in their best interest to update and fix some things.

Stayed here for one night when a blizzard made it difficult to get down the canyon to go south. The price was not really good for the quality, but it was late, and we had no desire to go hunting around.
The good: Room was very clean. Hotel easy to find. Very nicely decorated lobby.
We didn't eat the breakfast, didn't look like much, but smelled very good .Very quiet, we heard no noise from the hall or adjoining rooms, (except about midnight, someone tried to open the connecting door from the next room. Scared us half to death!)

The not-so-good: The clerk at check in barely spoke to us. Seemed like we interrupted a TV show or something. There was an envelope on the desk blatantly asking for a tip for the maid. (I leave one anyway if I stay more than one night, but this was a bit in-your-face.)

The motel was perfectly adequate for our needs. I probably would stay again if I got a deal.

Room Tip: Top floor was very quiet. Did not see an elevator.

We lodged here on 11 Feb 2017. This Motel provides basic lodging for the same price as a Hampton. The service is good. The rooms are clean, although somewhat Spartan, as it seems like the brightest lights are only about 15 watts, or thereabouts. It is conveniently located to the downtown and surrounding commercial/retail areas of Spanish Fork. It is close to a main road, so there is some traffic noise, but would stay here again.
