We enjoyed a couple of days here. The home is beautiful with amazing views. Maureen and her dogs were very sweet. Our room was very lovely. The bed was so soft and made for a relaxing retreat after spending our days hiking through Zion. Maureen gave us great recommendations for food.

What more can I say. We absolutely loved this place. Stayed here 3 nights at the every end of September. Only a 20 min drive to Zion National Park. Minutes from great food and shopping in Springdale. Absolutely fantastic views from the back deck/pool. I sat out there for an hour every morning before we started our journey. Maureen and Warner were just great great people. We would sit for extended visits with Maureen to ask where to go, things to do, and to talk about life. Very accommodating and sweet people. And she has an absolutely beautiful accent, being originally from Scotland. The accommodations were just fantastic. We had the anniversary room, which was fitting since it was our 30th anniversary. We are planning on being back next summer time-frame and already checking out their availability. Maureen, thank you for an absolutely wonderful visit and making our anniversary so special. We feel like we became life long friends in those 3 days we were there.

Room Tip: The anniversary room has a big 2 room Jacuzzi!!

very warm welcome from Maureen, the owner, Feeling at home right away. Spacious room with good bed, aircondition, WiFi, clean bathroom. Enjoyed the nice pool and Patio, watching stars in the evening. Instead of breakfast at the B&B you get a voucher for a Springdale cafe, which actually is a good idea as it gives you a larger selection. Maureen gave us many valuable Information about the surrounding, the parking situation at Zion NatPark. Thank You Maureen for hosting us !

Spent three nights in this lovely B&B. Maureen greeted us upon arrival with a beautiful smile and big hugs. Rooms are very clean and spacious with wonderful surroundings.
Home is beautifully decorated and Maureen makes you feel like part of the family. The breakfast voucher system was excellent.

We arrived at the Desert Thistle after midnight after a long drive from Las Vegas. We had warned Maureen that we would be late, but this was much later than we had expected (took forever to get our rental car). Maureen was waiting for us and had hugs for us both, in spite of the lateness of the hour. When we woke up to daylight, we were so pleased with the beautiful mountain view out the back and how nice her home was. Maureen had a lovely "tearoom" in the back with a Keurig. The room was also nice for mingling with the other guests and comparing notes on hikes, parks, etc.
There is also a swimming pool which looked very inviting, but we were too busy touring Zion and the area! Maureen is an incredible hostess and we loved staying at the Desert Thistle.
