I always enjoy eating at Sundance. The drive up the canyon is so beautiful and the restaurant never fails us. Great food and great service. Would recommend this a must stop when heading up the Provo Canyon!

We love the foundry grill. We visited 3 times during our stay at Sundance. All the meals were great. They are also very kid-friendly. My daughter loved the banana bread pudding and ordered it on 2 visits.

End of summer. Maybe all the servers were burnt out? We ordered three watermelon coolers. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. When we ordered another round, the coolers came in substantially smaller glasses for the same price ($5.00)The burgers were over cooked and the server got the order wrong. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the right order to arrive. Lousy dining experience from start to finish.

We were staying in Park City and drove over the mountain one day for lunch at the Foundry Grill, at Sundance Resort. It's a rustic, lovely restaurant with nice outdoor seating. We had fish tacos, made with halibut, that were absolutely delicious. Service was extremely attentive and friendly. Would definitely eat there again.

This is the main restaurant serving the Sundance Resort. It is easily the best casual dining restaurant within several miles of the resort, and an easy walk from any of the resort cabins. We are a couple of lunches here, and did the Sunday Brunch thing (phone reservations highly recommended as they can get fully booked). In general, the food and service is quite good. The first lunch we had here we tried the Wagyu Burger, and the Endive & Bitter Greens Salad with Chicken. The burger is quite tasty and juicy, and comes with French fries or sweet potato fries. The Endive & Bitter Greens Salad with Chicken is a good healthy option and very tasty with pear, blue cheese crumbles, walnuts, chopped endives, arugula and other seasonal greens. Chicken breast was seasoned just right and not too dry. The second lunch we had here we again went for the very reliable Wagyu Burger. To be different, I tried a different salad this time...a Garden Salad with Salmon topper. The Garden Salad can be a bit plain, so I actually enjoyed the Endive & Bitter Greens Salad much more. The service was a bit shabby on this second visit...the server rarely checked in with us even though the restaurant was pretty empty at the late lunch hours, and messed up the side on one burger order and couldn't get the kitchen to correctly prepare crispy bacon on another burger order. For our final day at Sundance, we came in for the famous Sunday Brunch. A decent array of breakfast items, custom omelets, prime rib, smoked salmon, waffles, pancakes, cereals, fruits and cheeses, shrimp cocktail, salads, pastries and desserts. The custom omelets were good, and the prime rib was probably my favorite item. The dizzying selection of desserts and pastries are also quite good. Soft drinks, coffee, tea and juice are included. Definitely worth catching the Sunday Brunch here if you are in the area.
