Our visit was fine at this Super 8. We stayed here the first night of a 10 day vacation. We flew into Salt Lake City, and the morning after our stay here got up early to get to Arches Nat'l Park at 7 am, before the crowds. Comfortable bed, clean and quiet room. I used the hot tub (next to the pool) and it was great. We had supper at Groggs Pinnacle Brewing in Carbonville (the next town North) and it was very good. Good food, and good local brew.
This hotel was awful. The beds weren't comfortable. Because of that I didn't get any sleep or rest. The room and bathroom smelled terrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!
The motel was OK but the operators seem to be pinching pennies. If the items on the breakfast bar (and there was not much there) ran out at 8:00, they were not refilled until the next day. Breakfast was from 6-9.
Giant stains all over the carpet, holes in the walls. Missing tiles in the bathroom with rusty and shoddy work exposed. All for the privilege of paying $100 a night to stay in the seediest part of Colorado.
