It started to snow when we arrived. When you do a week at Park City this is a good location. This is not ski in and ski out. You don't want that at this resort because you are going to ski Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons. You must try all three when you are here. The bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. The rooms are a little tired but clean. The breakfast is watched over by "The General". If you go and meet her you will know what I mean. The hot tub and indoor outdoor pool are clean and enjoyable. The staff are helpful. An enjoyable week.

This has been our best ski trip yet! Years of traveling from destination to destination and we found a place we're definitely coming back to!!
Great spot to get to Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley (although coming back from Canyons, you stop across the street)
They have a free parking lot and the bus system is free.
Easy reservation process, great price and a wonderful staff at the front desk, restaurant and house keeping. They were all so helpful and nice! :)
Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are a comfy and clean. Loved the pillows!
But the neatest thing was the complementary cookie cart that is brought to your room in the evening with fresh cookies and hot chocolate!! YUM
After skiing all day the kids also loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pool!
This place is a HIDDEN GEM!
I highly recommend this spot, already planning for next years trip!

Friendly staff, loved the Cookie Man! We couldn't wait to get back from skiing to get our cookies.
Good location, easy to get to the slopes - free bus right outside was really nice.
Beds really comfy, pool wonderful.
Its a long way to get to from England but we had a great time!

We had a great ten day stay here, using the acccommodation as a base for skiing the many resorts in the area including, Canyons, Deer valley, Park city, Alta, Snowbird & solitude.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, Free car parking.

The room was compact but comfortable. The hotel is clean with a warm friendly lobby & helpful staff.

Breakfast was fabulous with different choices served to order.

We loved it here & would not hesitate to return

ENJOY

Aside from the dated and dingy rooms with dirty looking carpets, and ancient beds (I even checked for bugs ... didn't find any though) this hotel seems to be one of those where if you used a 3rd party internet site to book the reservation, they sequester you away in the most uncomfortable, crappy, and noisy room possible.

In our case the room was right next to the upstairs bar and the elevator - (beware room 337!!! … avoid at all costs).

My wife and I were then able to enjoy loud bar chatter and drunken patrons going up and down the elevator endlessly until around 1am in the morning. Even my industrial grade ear plugs were overcome by this ceaseless cacophony. After the loud drunks finally stumbled away to their rooms I was able to wake up every 20 minutes or so to twist and turn trying to find at least on spot on the creaking bed that did not sink into a crater.

Luckily, I stayed only one night since I was just in for knee surgery the next morning. One advantage though – I was so tired after my stay at the Peaks that I immediately fell asleep in the prep room until they finally took to me the OR and put me to sleep.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid this placefolks.

Room Tip: If you end up getting a room here ... DO NOT let them put you in #337!!!
