What a wonderful place to spend a vacation with family. The skiing is amazing on some of the best powder in the world. Heated outdoor pool and great hot tub, many fire pits. The J&G Grill has great atmosphere and fabulous food for the most picky of palates. And you just can't miss having the Signature Bloody Mary...it is the best in the world!!

Spent four days there this week. Ski valets, concierge and shuttle drivers were great, but the restaurant, spa and housekeeping service was all sub-par for a five star resort. They have plenty of humans but not good leadership and poor training. Oh, and the kitchen was seriously slow. If you're not eating from the buffet, be prepared for a long wait. Because of the great location and fun amenities (smores and cocoa every day!) they can get away with it in a strong economy. Despite the fact that I'm Starwood Platinum, I would probably look elsewhere next time I come to Park City.

I stay in hotels 100+ nights a year across all brands. If you are coming to Park City and want to be pampered the St. Regis is the place. The food and amenities are 5-star! The St. Regis has the little details covered, from the room, to the staff, to the gourmet Smores bar, to the ski in/ski out valet right on the resort, to the best SPA and massage therapists ... you can't go wrong. You might pay a little more than at other Park City properties, but the experience is worth it. My wife and I loved our stay here during a business retreat. To top it off, the property is a quick ride away to Park City Main Street for fun night time and other eating options. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a true Ski In/Ski Out Hotel. The Ski Valet Service is top notch. You truly have to walk less than 10 feet from the building to your skis. They hotel staff were amazing. We brought our 2-year-old daughter with us and they made her feel like it was her own home. The hotel is very kid friendly. Only draw back is getting seats during lunch or after skiing at the restaurant. They should have a separate sitting area reserved just for guests at the hotel.

Visited Deer Valley and stayed at the St. Regis with my family, party of 4. I have two rambunctious and extremely social boys that love the outdoors. This resort offered both kids and parents the opportunity to relax and enjoy to the fullest extent the true beauty of Deer Valley. From the concierge (Janice) to the valet attendants, front desk, to Raisa, they all went above and beyond to remedy the slight mishaps and maximize a positive experience. The boys loved the afternoon hot chocolate bar, the s'mores, kids club......this St. Regis is a must!!!!! Incredible experience!
