We had the Riter Mansion all to ourselves on a Tuesday night in April. The room was warm and cozy, breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for a small walk around town. I loved the all of the charm that still remained in the mansion. I would definitely recommend the Riter Mansion for anyone wanting to take a step away and have a great experience.

This was our first stay in a Bed & Breakfast and we loved it! My sister was having her wedding reception in the adjoining carriage house which made our stay here very convenient and comfortable. Our room was large and the bathroom was enormous! I loved the vintage qualities of the house, like the radiators and the large windows in every room and all the old carpentry details. It is a very photogenic property. The other guests were family members as well and the proprietor, John, was very gracious in allowing us the use of the living room and dining room as a gathering spaces for our family. I would stay here again!
The Carriage House in the back is a beautiful venue for a wedding reception. It has a great prep area for catering, and a sound system for music. We had around 200 people there and we all fit nicely with room to spare. There is an outdoor space and a garden that are both charming locations for pictures and small gatherings. This is by far the best venue in town for receptions!

Room Tip: Second floor rooms are quieter if other guests are staying here at the same time.

We have been coming to Ritter Mansion for several years during the month of September. The rooms are lovely, and the breakfast is delicious - we look forward to those apple pancakes every year. John and Arlene are marvelous hosts and make sure that we are comfortable. We had to get up super early this year and they were kind enough to have breakfast prepared at 5:15 am - that's going above and beyond and they have spoiled us! We will return again next year.

Room Tip: Make your reservations far in advance

We stand her for one night, to break up our journey between Salt Lake City and Yellowstone.
The room was really lovely, four poster bed, great bath and shower area.
John was really helpful, suggesting a great steak restaurants for dinner that night and also places to stop off on our journey the next day.
Breakfast was first class and the apple pancakes were delicious!
Highly recommend to others.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Grand Suite
