Stayed for two nights. The hotel opened less than a month ago. It’s clean, modern and the bed is super comfortable. It’s not too close to the highway so no highway noise from my room. Best value for the money spent in a long time.

In one of the rare cases, this IHG property disappointed us and didn’t meet even basic expectations.

We booked room with breakfast option. Hotel has listed breakfast availability till 10AM. When we went down to take breakfast at 9AM, we were told that breakfast counter is closed for today. We were left starving there...

Breakfast has very very limited option. No buffet, you get choose from a standard menu of 4-5 items only.

There was no room service or house keeping facility available via phone. Basic amenities like dental kit etc were missing.

Room phones don’t work and you cannot even connect to front desk. So if you have a problem, you need to come down to the desk.

I understood from hotel management that they have opened up just 15 days back and trying to sort things out. But can it be an excuse for brand like Holiday inn. How can you let customers suffer like this ? You should have never opened the property for commercial use if you weren’t prepared. Wonder what I paid for ?

Disappointing to say the least.
