Consistently good BBQ-we go here often! My favorite is the smoked turkey on white bread with pickles. Classic. And delicious! My husband loves the brisket. They also have a drive through for breakfast tacos which we have used once on our way to church. Yum!

I think I've found my favorite breakfast taco in the "Austin area" here. After the second time coming here for a bacon, potato and egg breakfast taco I notice both times I had to stop driving, pull over and finish my taco to focus on the flavors. Oh man, anyway, I can still taste. Had to write a review so others can enjoy the experience. I haven't tried the BBQ yet the smells from the back make me want to try them out for dinner as well as reading the other high star reviews. Great staff, friendly with beautiful smiles and super warm energy. I am already a regular at this place. Love it.

Saw the review by Tanji Patton and decided to try it the next time we were in Spicewood. Today was that day! The fairly priced portions are very generous. They feature an unusual side, tator tot casserole, that is hard to stop eating after the first creamy bite. I ordered the small brisket sandwich. The bun is fresh. The lean brisket is so tender you don't need a knife. I also enjoyed a taste of sausage link. The house sauce is not as heavy as some and very flavorful. There is a fixings bar with flatware instead of plastic, where you can help yourself to all the pickles, onions and jalapeños you'd like. My only criticism is that the white onions on the side bar were very thickly cut, but that was easily fixed with the flatware knife. When I told the lady we saw the restaurant on the Tanji Patton show, she gave me a cap as a reward for the drive.

The pork ribs were good. I tried a couple of the sides (tater tot casserole, Cole slaw and potato salad) and I did not like any of them. The BBQ sauce tasted like it was out of a bottle from the grocery store. The staff were very cordial. I would get the ribs again but skip the rest.

Service was great. They have a pet friendly patio and will provide water for our furry friends too. Food good but not exceptional. Liked the brisket. Mixed votes on the sausage. We did not like the creamed corn and left all portions after one bite. Casual, comfortable and friendly.
