Good hotel ignore the bad comments, yes it is hilly up to the hotel but hey it's good for keeping fit lol we walked it like 10 times plus!!! (Mandarin Chinese all you can eat at the bottom of the hill 6 Euros very good)
Room H20 is ideal we paid a little extra when booking and got great views of pool and sea, easy access to pool and restaurant.
Walked to beach 6/7 times no problem there.
Food was ok plenty to pick from.
We see 1 cockroach today our last day,not bothered by them as it's expected in a warm country!
All in all good holiday and nice and hot for the end of October.
Remember it's not a 4/5 star hotel you get what you pay for and we had a good time nice staff and hotel, although we did have some money taken from the room thinking the maids took it thinking it was a tip!...

Myself, husband and 2 boys aged 12 and 8 have just returned from a week at this hotel.
Just before we went I read some of the reviews and was really not looking forward to it. In fact the first 2 nights we were there I didn't sleep very well at the thought of someone breaking into our room.

We arrived at 22.15 and were greeted with a friendly guy on reception who gave us the keys to our room and a bag each with a sandwich, a salad and a bottle of water in it. We also hired a safe at 5 euro refunded on departure.
Our room was P4 which was near the bottom of the complex near the pool. It was clean with no signs of any creepy crawlies. The bed situation was not good in a one bedroom room for 4 people. 2 single beds in the bedroom and a put up bed and sofa in the lounge area. Everything worked as it should.(Fan, TV and kettle.)
The hotel is set on a hill and to get to the bar and reception it is quite a hill but we all managed it numerous times a day. I wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility issues or those with a pushchair.
The food is OK. I have eaten a lot worse in all inclusive. Much the same most days but but enough choice. I think I would of got a bit fed up if there for 2 weeks. Pool bar snacks available all day which included hot dogs, pasta, burgers, chips and salad. We ate this for lunch every day.
The pool area is huge with plenty of sunbeds (we never had a problem getting one) get the blue ones not the white plastic ones as these are uncomfortable.

Yes the drinks are served in small plastic glasses but that was not a problem and there is enough choice on drinks. The downside is that all inclusive did finish at 10.30pm and they were very strict on this.
Didn't really see any of the entertainment as we sat outside every evening.
To walk to the shops is fine walking downhill but it is a struggle walking back up to the hotel. But I managed it 3 times and I am the most unfit person ever.

All in all we had a great holiday in this hotel. No break ins, no creepy crawlies and a nice relaxing time. If you want a relaxing holiday by the pool then I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: room at the bottom of the hill near the pool

If you like insects, then this is for you. Cockroaches, bed bugs ect. The furniture is so old and falling to bits. Smelt of Oxfam in wardrobe and made my clothes stink.holes in sheets, prison blankets, no air con.cleaners made dirty beds without changing sheets. Got fed up with complaining. One staff on pool bar and one staff on night bar, so stayed in room, even though all inclusive. Got sick of waiting for the staff to even be behind the bar. Food was the same every day, after one week we had had enough and had to pay to eat out. There was no so called free bus, didn't see this once. Patio doors on front of room and dungeon on back as in pics. Pool is salt water.no hair dryer. Area out of hotel is good though.

Room Tip: Don't go, not worth wasting your money going to this hotel

Just got back after 10 nights

Room: room was brilliant for us, didn't have 1 problem with it

Was clean, and big enough for the 3 of us.

People moaning on here that it's basic?? It had a tv , kettle microwave toaster sofa fridge. What more do people want when there away on holiday??

The views are amazing from the balcony , from the restaurant and from reception you can see the sea what more could you ask for?

The pool: the pool was huge and well set out, people moaning on here it's too cold?? It's the same as every other country you go to, chilled when you first get in but after a few seconds it's fine and you don't want to get out. Who wants a warm pool in Tenerife anyway when the suns red hot.

One day it was closed for the day as someone dropped a log in there.
People moaning but it just shows they are good with hygiene.

Every morning the pool was scrubbed by a cleaner and cleaned out

Always got sunloungers every day.

Staff: staff were friendly on reception and smiling. Most bar staff were miserable to be fair and didn't look like the wanted to be there. The one at night called luis was the worst shaking his head and moaning most of the time.

Location: the hotel is located on a steep hill, wasn't a problem even with my 6 year old. We enjoyed the walk down the hill and got a taxi back for just over 3 euros. It doesn't take 20 mins to get to the bottom of it it takes 5 mins. People on here moaning about that must just be lazy. Look around when your there there are hotels a lot higher than this on the hill and most of the resort the hotels are on hills . Choose this one for good views or go down the hill and overlook a road.

Aqualand is down the road about a 7 minute walk. We went twice it was amazing

Food: we went all inclusive but ate there about 5 times in 10 days.

The sausages were hanging and undercooked and the bacon was just fat. The scrambled eggs tasted like mould . We ended up having beans on toast with fried egg which was nice. You will find something for breakfast.

I would recommend going self catering as the food down the front when you eat out is very cheap.

If your going to spend most days round the pool then you will make your money on the all inclusive no problem.

Food round the pool was also minging. Cold , undercooked. The hot dogs was just about bearable. Just about.....

Food at night again not nice at all.

But what you have to remember is this hotel all inclusive price is the same as a self catering if not a bit cheaper than a hotel nearer the front.

Entertainment: if you have kids that want a kids club and will get involved then from 8:30 till 9.30. Pepe who does that works really hard for the hotel, kids enjoyed that bit. After that the entertainment is garbage.

Again we went out every night. Nothing for adults or older kids at all. The kids club needs going on earlier and something like live music.

We went down to the beachfront and there was tribute acts, hypnotists, comedians etc which was ace

The kids arcade: most machines didn't work properly and some just took your money and that was that.

Heard of 1 break in while we was there but saw nothing. Are people just jumping on the bandwagon and trying it on here or what?

A lad had an iPad , iPhone wallet and watch apparently stolen and no sign of a break in. Surely you would put these in the safe when you went out.

We used the free safe, put valuables in there , made sure doors were locked when we went out (left the tv on) and made sure doors were locked at night when we was in bed.

We paid 1600 for 3 of us for ten nights (including flights and all inclusive) which is a bargain.

Would definitely come back but self catering

Our sheets never got changed for the whole week we was there, cockroach in room including in beds and cupboards ants running around kitchen sides. Would not recommend at all.
