We are still in resort now, after reading some of the previous reviews we was abit concerned, but what a surprise, yes some of the decor is a bit dated but the bungalows on a whole are very clean, the cleaners come round round every other day, nothing is a problem for the staff to sort out for you, we went to reception and asked for a kettle no problem, it cost €10 deposit which is returned when you leave, pools are immaculately cleaned everyday as is the whole pool area, all in all a very relaxing holiday so far, and we will be trying to book for next year

We arrived late on a Friday night we had 2 bungalows booked we were handed keys and asked to come back in the morning to sign in which we did. We asked would we be able to keep 1 bungalow on for our day of departure as it was a night flight and we had a small child with us we were told that we could we were given the price and told just come the day before departure and pay the fee.

The bungalows are very noisy at night no sleep at all was got by any of us, we were near to the reception area and everybody just seems to hang out around there even though there is security there at night they did nothing. the housekeeping only come once a week on a Thursday so as we had arrived on a Friday night we has no clean sheets for our entire stay which was disgusting as it was 30 degrees no air con and very sweaty. We complained at reception to the very tall man he was totally uninterested didnt care at all.

The day before we were due to leave we went to reception to pay the fee for keeping the room on later only to be told NO we could not even though we had previously been told it wouldn't be a problem the older lady in the reception said no and then said come back in the morning and ask the man which we did but again it was a NO.

If you are looking to have a good stay with sleep at night in a clean environmentment avoid these bungalows management need to Implement a better housekeeping policy.

On arrival we were given the keys to our bungalow and were delighted with its situation, an end-terrace with plenty of patio space to the front, back and side with two awning-covered areas. It had a fence all around it giving a sense of both security and privacy. The living area had a settee, wall unit and a flat screen TV (only Spanish and German channels) and a folding dining table. Kitchen facilities comprised of electric hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full size fridge. No kettle but water could be boiled in a pot or the coffee maker but there was everything you need. The bedroom had plenty of drawer and cupboard space and the bathroom had a spacious walk-in shower. A cleaner came in every second day to change towels, maintain the bathroom including toilet roll.
The interior of the bungalows vary as our friends staying in a mid-terrace one had a breakfast bar in theirs. We had air conditioning but couldn't use it as there was no control, perhaps ours had previously been privately owned like several units in the complex.
The 2 pool areas were great with plenty of sunbeds and there were lifeguards on duty. There was a cafe/bar, laundry facilities and all staff were very helpful. The grounds were kept immaculate with handymen constantly maintaining the grass, pool area and general surroundings.
Having stayed in other bungalow complexes in Playa Del Ingles I can say that Santa Fe was definitely good value money. We had a great time and would definitely book up again.

Lovely bungalows in a great setting. Very central to all the main tourist centres (Irish, Kasbah and Yumbo), close to the beach and great restaurants.

Bungalows don't have air con but with high ceilings and large ceiling fans you don't really need it. Apartments are cleaned regularly and the complex is particularly clean.

The staff at reception are particularly nice and extremely helpful. Holiday at Santa Fe and chances are you won't go back to staying in a cramped hotel or apartment again.

Loved this place.

We arrived late evening on the 19th July, we didn’t unpack as we just quickly went to the supermarket across the road for water and a few basics ,
Got back with our provisions, the heat and smell hit us drains, and no air con just to ceiling fans going round very slowly, the speed of the fans could not be changed due to the cords being very short and the height of the ceilings .
The sofa in the lounge area was a very old fashioned sofa bed in very poor condition , dirty,
Husband spent the night lying on a towel on this dirty mattress so he could get air .
We had doors and windows open all night , the noise was terrible ,
Also there are no kettles , only a coffee maker, so if you want to boil water you have to do it in the saucepan, or buy a kettle .
The back of the 2 burner stove was covered in grease ,
The bathroom floor flooded when you showered .
In the morning I asked if I could upgrade to another bungalow with air conditioning but none have air conditioning , only the privately owned bungalows .
I would not go back unless they have air con, or it was winter time where it does go cooler in the night .
Plus I would take my travel kettle, and would definitely want a cleaner bungalow , very old fashioned and very , very basic .
We left after 1 night .
