Booked this hotel after reading good reviews and it was true. Had a very nice and large room and a pleasant stay. Had to pay for the parking amd their is limited place that was the only negative point. All the rest very nice. Good and friendly staff as well.

Visited for a week with the wife, and had a great stay. The staff on reception are exceptional and really go out on a limb to help. Very quiet with being adult only. The showers are more like a small bedroom, massive wet room. Also very clean and ideally situated right in the centre.

We visited this hotel on the strength of the reviews and advertising posted but there were a few issues we were not happy with!!

The hotel is on a nice quiet street very close to the beach, the rooms are large and clean with a brilliant shower, there are no tea or coffee in the room but there is a fridge.
We could not get the air con to work so the room was hot. There are only 2 drawers for your clothes and you have to pay 5 euro a day for the safe. There 45 TV channels but no British or news channels.

The hotel is in a great location very close to a long flat prominade and very near to local buses.

They have a very small spa which consists of a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi but there is no changing rooms and you have to get changed in the toilets, both male and female toilets are side by side. I was there with my husband and when I opened the toilet door after getting changed there was a naked man standing there I was shocked.!! There are no times on display either at reception or sauna entrance.

The hotel has no bar or communual area to sit in the evening. There is a games room but it is very unwelcoming!!

The restaurant is very small, breakfast is very limited no British cereal even though there were a lot of British people there. The milk is in milk bottles with signs on them but no English translation ie semi skimmed, soya milk etc. If you want fried eggs you have to order this, no big fry up here!!

The evening meals are not good at all. You get a menu and it's self service for starter and dessert but order your main from the menu. The soups were always cold and very salty. The main courses were very bland and had no taste at all and it's the same 18 choices for the whole week, really boring. Christina and Evelyn the waitresses were lovely girls and work very hard, well done to them.

The pool area is not very appealing no bar or snacks here the pool is small and cold and had debris floating in it. We did not spend any time at the hotel and had no desire to.

THIS IS SHOCKING BEWARE!!

Whilst in bed at 11:30pm sleeping a man next door started shouting and screaming and banging on the wall, we got a real fright he was screaming on the balcony too and fighting with a woman. I phoned reception as I was very scared it was a man who answered, I explained to him what was going on and he said he did not speak english, I asked to speak to someone who did speak English and he just said no comprende he was very unhelpful so I hung up. My husband did not want to go to reception and leave me on my own as I was scared. Nothing was done this went on for an hour or so. I travel a lot and have never experienced anything like this in a hotel.

We did not say anything next day as we did not want to draw attention to ourselves in case this man targeted us and we had no confidence that the hotel would deal with it. We were on the first floor so reception must have heard all this disturbance too. This happened on the second last day of our holiday luckily the next night was quiet but we were waiting for it all to start again, not happy at all.

It's up to yourself if you choose to stay here but I will be not be back and would not recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights. The room was fantastic and the bathroom was amazing with a fabulous bathroom. We stayed bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very poor, crossiants every morning were hard and didn't seem fresh with other very poor options to choose from. The scent in the reception area was too intense sometimes throughout the day with an extreme smell of magnolia. The gym was closed due to renovation but looks extremely small I dunno would even class as a gym.the spa was opened only from 5pm to 9pm which was very annoying. However the staff were very pleasant and I would stay there again as it's in a very good location but would not opt for breakfast again
