Stayed here for a week in June. Quite possibly nicest hotel in the area visually, very modern and clean. Rooms nice with balcony but walls quite thin and if you get a room near the elevator then you'll hear a lot of comings and goings in the morning. Food was very average. Breakfast was mostly continental and hot food was typical Spanish attempt at British/Irish breakfast which isn't always the most appetising. Dinner had better selection with chefs on hand to cook burgers and steaks at request but was typically same selection every night so it got quite boring. Dinner was also quite late, at 7pm so which meant anyone who wasn't all inclusive and maybe just half board like myself, had to wait around till then and didn't want to roam too far from hotel in order to get a bite to eat instead of getting round the clock snacks and hot food all inclusive would provide. Pool area very nice with a lot of entertainment provided by reps, poolside bar etc serving up the usual so couldn't complain. Hotel also located on a Main Street that was around a 5 minute walk to Salou central which was great. Bus stop right outside also took you there and to Port Aventura for dirt cheap which was great. In a whole, hotel was lovely, location was great but food wasn't up to much.

I'm simply going to highlight good parts and bad parts as facts to be as helpful as possible...

Good points...
The rooms were very very clean.
The soft drinks and beer is on a pump that you can help yourself too.
The pools! The pool for small children and the slides is fantastic. The life guards are always around to make sure that bigger kids aren't being silly and the girls ways have the kids playing games.
Snacks. The food by the pool is lovely, fresh and fast!
Location. It's near a small fun fair type area which is fab for kids (although expensive!) and the night market has some lovely things to buy as gifts. It's next to two supermarkets and a tabacconist so you can get anything you need.
Pancakes! They make fresh pancakes to order for breakfast! Breakfast over all is fab, fill up as lunch is terrible. (see below!)
Clean. The Flanders and maintenance staff do a fantastic job!
Sunbeds. They are the fabric type, in great condition and very comfy.
Acrobats. Were the entertainment one night and they were absolutely fabulous! Not only very talented but got the crowd involved making it very fun.

Bad points...
Upon arrival the reception staff were crap, they didn't tell us anything about where things were or what was in all inc.
We were in a room facing the pool and the night entertainment is out by the pool. The noise is HORRIFIC!!
The rooms were sooooo small, it was very tricky with an excited 2 yr old.
There was no bath in my room, my two year old fell in the shower on the first night making it very hard to get him back in.
Food. The carbs are GREAT! Fresh pasta, rice, fries and potatoes however, we were completely stuck on what to have with it. There was very little chicken served and very boney fish and most the time there was no signs to say what everything was.
Drainage. There is often a smell of backed up sewage. If you shower at the same time as the room next door your shower will flood out into the corridor!
Racist! Now, whilst I'm aware a nation is a nation and not a race however the discrimination was horrific. We were here during the euros and the hotel showed all the matches in the lobby area. All that is apart from Wales vs Ireland and England vs Iceland. Not only did they not show it but they left us sat there waiting for it to come on until kick off and then we had to ask for them to tell us they weren't putting it on, and they gave no explanation as to why this was the case and left 100people to go and find somewhere else to watch it.

Whilst I wouldn't go back, I wouldn't tell someone not to go here. We had to eat out the last two nights as the thought of the food was ruining our holiday but we had a great meal a few doors down that was very cheap.

My 2 year old loved it!!!!

We went here as a family of 3 for a week. It was a fantastic hotel!

The rooms were lovely and clean. They were cleaned everyday to high standard with fresh clean towels provided daily. There is a safety deposit box which cost 35€ for the week and you got 10€ back on departure. There is a fridge in your room and air conditioning. We was placed on the top floor at the front of the hotel. To say it was on the main road with pubs and clubs we never heard any loud noises. Apart from our last night when we got woke at 530 in the morning because of loud Spanish drunk people right outside the hotel! Luckily we had to be up at 630 so wasn't a problem but I can imagine it being for other guests!

The bar staff are very quick. If your all inclusive you can serve your self lager which is San Miguel and self service soft drinks. There's limited bar snacks and Ice creams but we was always satisfied.

The animation team are brilliant. They work right thru the day and night. They do activities in the day and play music. And there's a mini club. At night time there's a mini disco that starts at 9 they dance with the kids and there's even a minion that comes out to play! Then there's the entertainment which was always fun. But you will notice that a lot of locals turn up at that time and might as well sit on your knee they are that close especially if your sat near the front!

The hotel it's self is really nice and modern. Theres 4 pools two with slides for the kids. Which my nearly 3 year old loved. There's a spa and hairdressers, which costs extra. There's also a gym. The wifi is not very good at all. Worked best in the lobby area. The restaurant is on the ground floor.

The food is a bit repetitive! We only went for breakfast once, we didn't really rate that. It tastes like everything was cooked in loads of fat. So we went to a place called laurel and hardys which is bang next door to the hotel. Breakfast is lovely and good prices. We saw a lot of all inclusive people in there from the hotel so I don't think it was just us that didn't like breakfast. Dinner was practically same as tea. But was nice loads of choice. You could have wine beer soft drinks with your meal.

The hotel is placed in a good location. It's 5 mins away from the beach. Plenty of shops pubs and restaurants. And a bus stop right across the road.

All in all I would definitely stay in this hotel again!!

Brilliant hotel, the kids loved the pools, and the all inclusive was brilliant as the kids could get ice creams when they wanted!the kids entertainment team were amazing especially the really tall girl, i tjink her name was izabella! Unfortunately i do have some negitives,
1. The rooms dont have enough storage for clothes for a family of 4.
2. The food was very repetitive and was catered more for spanish people (yes i no its in spain)
3. The entertainment at night was poor, 4 nights in a row their was dancing!! And the parrot show on the 27th was fab apart from the ignorant and arrogant man that ran it!! He wanted everyone to pay 10euros for a photo which would be delivered to the hotel on the 28th, i explained i had to leave for my flight at 7am and he turned and walked off and left my 6year old in tears!! I confronted him and he threw the parrot onto her arm causing it to scrab her arm!!!!
