We were a group of 4 women who stayed for 1 week 1-8th of may .
Check in quick and easy , rooms on 3rd floor with pool view very spacious, lots of wardrobe and drawer space , spotlessly clean as was the bathroom with shower.
Beds were very comfortable and sheets were changed once during our stay ,towels changed daily.
The restaurant was very large but had a lovely modern feel to it , the food choice and quality were fantastic ! Can’t fault it, also the serving areas were constantly being cleaned and serving cutlery always spotless, please look out for Margarita in the restaurant she is lovely and so friendly and helpful as were all the staff to be fair.
Great wee pub in the hotel for a wee nightcap where the bar staff were so nice.
The hotel is a 15 min stroll into salou centre and the beach.
All in all would definitely return and recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of going xxx

Arrived at hotel first impressions ok. Check in was very quick and reception friendly.

Rooms were clean & tidy and towels changed everyday. Plenty of wardrobe & drawer space. Wi-Fi free and we didn't have any problems with it.

Now for breakfast there is array of food however I found the hot breakfast to be cold especially the mushrooms, beans & scrambled eggs. There is a separate section where there are fried eggs omelette and pancakes there hot as there is someone cooking them. Also found the plates & cups were not replaced quick enough and I think in the high season this will cause a problem.

Pool is lovely and clean although very cold. This is where it stops the sunbeds were broken, grubby and the floor wasn't very clean, a good hose down every morning would make loads of difference. Also pool bar very slow on cooked food seems that there is only one person doing everything.

If you go out the back gate by the pool you will find it a lot quicker to get to the town about 10mins and about 15 to beach.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have been in holiday. Rooms are big and clean, pool area is huge and food and drinks tasty. Only a 15 min walk away from the Salou main beach. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is relaxed and positive.

Just spent a week in this hotel. We were primarily there to visit PortAventura theme park. Check in was efficient with friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious. 2 single beds pushed up together with their own blankets and sheets. We thought this would be weird but it meant sleeping a lot more comfortable. The room was warm but we kept the balcony door open most of the evening and it cooled the room down making it comfortable to sleep. There is a small fridge in the room which is really handy.
Our room could not have been better for us as we had a great view of red force and all the other coasters we had come to ride.

Food - I'm a coeliac and I did mention this when I checked in. I could have ordered some special food to eat at dinner, however on the first night I just thought I'd see what the buffet had to offer. There is a massive salad station. It suited me just fine. And so i just eat various salads all week. If I'm honest not everything was labelled up and it was a bit of guess work for my other half at times. My boyf is quite a fussy eater but there was plenty of choice for him. There was a chefs station who cooked different meats, fish. There was plenty of choice of meat dishes and vegetables. You do have to buy your drinks at lunch and dinner. A big bottle of water was €2.70 which wasn't too bad.

We didn't use the bar so I can't comment on that.

The pool was freezing.... my boyf was very brave and took a quick dip but I stayed on the sun bed reading. Plenty of sunbeds and an outside bar.

10 - 15 minute walk to PortAventura and about the same to Salou town.

Overall really impressed with this hotel. The staff were really friendly, especially those in the restaurant. He lady who greeted you on the till (blonde lady) especially cheerful and welcoming.
