Being a Hilton employee I expected a little bit better than what we recieved at this hotel. I'm glad we booked for one night as it was quite disappointing there was no room service, the breakfast was all cold, and tastless. The rooms had no balcony or view. The garden was overgrown from our room and the service was average.

We stayed at this hotel with a friend of mine one night before leaving Indonesia. We had an early flight, so we just chose one hotel right next to the airport. Luckily, this was way nicer than we expected!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming, advicing us in everything we needed to know (where we can send postcards etc). Our wish of a twin beds was noticed and the room was overall really clean and looked kind of new, not dated at all. The bathroom with its shower was spacious enough and our room had more towels than we needed.

We tried out the hotels restaurant on the first floor and ate dinner there. We didn't expect much but we got one of the best cocktails during our stay! Can't remember the name of the cocktail anymore, but it had cranberry juice and lime in it. We also tried the burgers and they were very delicious and filling, fries were unfortunately a little soggy. But definitely recommend eating at the hotel, you get a great service and nice food, very easily! It was very quiet during the night, you can hear some loud talking next door if it's really quiet, but not that much (I think our neigbours were a bit loud talkers...)

We were adviced that the airport shuttle leaves in every 30 minutes even early in the morning. Since the breakfast buffet hadn't started then (we left really early), we asked in advance for a breakfast box and got them when checking out. This was really nice so you don't have to grab anything right away when you get to the airport. The airport shuttle drove us to the airport right on time (no extra fees charged by using these services).

The one and only thing that was a negative thing during our stay, was the fact that the hotel was out of water bottles (we bought the last one from their little shop and they said there wasn't any more left). Since this is not such a serious thing, I would definitely stay in this hotel again if needed! :)

The Hilton Garden Inn is one of the best places to stay in Bali. It is close to the airport with awesome facilities (dining, pool, gym, room, closeness to shopping and dining) and the staff are amazing in regards to their hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and I will definitely go back to this Hilton.

This is the place to stay if you’re overnighting in Bali or want to stay somewhere before departing on a late flight. The staff are really friendly and such a welcoming part of the experience. The fact that there is an airport shuttle , a great pool and an amazing breakfast (glaze your own donuts) only adds to the package.

Stayed in Hilton Garden Inn close to Denpasar airport for short stay to cover long transit time.

Pick-up at airport could be better - we were confirmed pick up but had to wait app. 45'.

Staff very friendly. Check-in efficient.
Rooms not special but very nice and comfortable with excellent sleep quality.
Bathroom very comfortable and nice.

Excellent swimming pool that allows true swimming. Good and comfortable lounge chairs.

Dinner experience was great - very nice quality of food and nice to sit close to pool.

Check out was efficient.

Overall very nice experience and excellent place for a short stay close to Denpasar airport.
