I recently stayed at the Four Seasons for work and it also happened to be my birthday.
The lobby is beautiful and so is the bar which offers a fantastic selection of cocktails.
Check in was flawless - car valeted, bags whisked to the room and excellent reception staff. Shay, at the front desk, was particularly fantastic and helpful - offering to arrange spa appointments and provided a great overview of the property and surrounding area. A true professional and pleasure to meet. She definitely got our stay off on the right foot.
The rest of the staff was warm and attentive. The only slight criticism is that the rooms, bathrooms and pool area felt a little dated. Everything was in great condition, but the furniture and decor feels like it needs a renovation, especially in comparison to some of the other Four Seasons properties (New York and Seattle are both stunning).
All in all a good stay, but not a ton of “wow factor.”More
