Service far below the standard of the Hilton / Double Tree chain. On a 4 day stay, in two days the house keeping failed, room was not tidy, nor towels and amenities replaced.
Additionally the laundry failed, the bag stayed at reception, having checked out the next day we ended up leaving the hotel with the laundry bag unwashed!
Is it the only Double Tree in the World where the Customer has to take the laundry bag to the Front Desk ?!
Room not very clean, even on the floor reserved for Hilton Members ...
Breakfast below standard.
Very disappointed.
And even with all the flaws there was no attention or apology from the hotel management.

This hotel was easy to find and was just what they advertised. We were only staying one night before leaving on a cruise and this was just what we needed. A quiet room along with a very comfortable bar and meeting area. We needed a rollaway but forgot to ask in advance, No problem! They had it in the room before we came back from dinner. A great breakfast the next morning and we were on our way! We enjoyed our brief stay and look forward to our next time. The staff is always friendly and professional, too.

Me and my family had to visit Houston for some functions which lasted 6 days. We chose to stay at this hotel as we had never tried the four points. We found the following:-
Location: very good
Reception: very good
Rooms: very clean
Amenities: very good
Billing: good
Check out: very good
Receptionist: Monica Jacques a very friendly, efficient and warm personality, who made our trip memorable.

In many ways this is a convenient hotel and nicely situated. Staff try to be very helpful but sometimes the building wins out. It is very difficult to find a quiet room. I'm not talking about road noise which I can live with but the heavy machine like noise which originates in the elevator equipment and ancient noisy air conditioning. Have complained and have had to move a number of times.
Their shuttle driver and concierge, Peter is extremely helpful and goes a long to keep me returning.
The food served in the bar area is quite good as is the room service even later at night

Room tip: rooms towards the end of the corridors can be quieter

This hotel was such a letdown. It is in a sketchy area and right in a huge busy noisy highway. The rooms were clean. My problem was with one staff member at the front desk. She did not meet you with a smile and when I needed to make copies in the ‘business center’ (clearly an afterthought section of the lobby), this employee Monica found every reason she could to NOT help me. The copier is broken (no), never works (no), out of ink (get some!!!). Very frustrating and causes me to rethink my affiliation with Sheraton. I will not stay there again.
