We visited Uchi 4 time since 2014 and usually we enjoy it (a lot!).
This time we found out that a lot of things change out, and the “Uchi experience” in not anymore the wonderful experience we had previously:
- service was really really slow
- no suggestions or inspirations, we had to pick the plates
- food was salty, corrected with heavy spices (which was clearly not in harmony with the plate)
- cold plates (meat was cold)
The fois-gras and Pork belly are amazing :-). Even the “cheese-cake” is good!
