Every now and then, I'll pick up a combo Fajita Fiesta to bring home. First, I'm amazed at how quickly I get through the drive thru. The "plating" for the Fajita Fiesta is excellent, certainly good enough of a presentation for a party. But, the most important thing is that the quality of the food is consistently good, especially their fajita meats. The two of us can't finish the entire meal and so we look forward to leftovers the next day.

We visit Rosa's for Taco Tuesday which means their taco plates are 1/2 price. You can get a mixture of crunchy or soft, beef or chicken and all are quite tasty. You get a side of hot, fluffy tortillas with every meal. But.. you'd better come early or be prepared to wait in line if you're coming with a group. It's always crowded..

We have eaten at this Rosa's several times. They always have good service and food. You wait in line to place your order and then pick up when your number is called. Make sure to pick up your silverware and some honey when you pick up your food.

Rosa's is a great budget dining idea. The crowds are bad on Tuesdays because of the Taco Plate special, but maybe that is what makes it great for budget dining! I prefer to spend a little more and go another day. The dining area has cement floors and it is always a bit noisy. My husband likes to go there because of the condiment bar. He almost doubles the size of his fajita salad by adding pico de gallo and onions and hot sauce. Their fresh tortillas are great, but plan to eat them there to get the best flavor.

We. Love Rosas. They have the best homemade tortillas and best fajita beef. I love the help yourself condiment bar. All the pico de gallo you want and it's fresh.
