I stayed here for a MONTH for business training and had the opportunity to experience all of the facets of customer service.
Michael Campbell in the lounge upstairs worked tirelessly to be an amazing host and always with a gracious smile. Some days he’d be there when I showed up for breakfast and was still there after my long days filling drinks and asking about our day. A great asset for Platinum members club because he always made us feel like valued VIPs. Even when it was just breakfast.
I ordered room service several times and the chefs were attentive, patient and understanding of my dietary weirdness. Food was always delivered promptly, hot and exactly as ordered.
The front desk always fixed any problems with a smile and no inconvenience.
There is extensive construction at the property which makes entry and access awkward and security is spotty, but I always felt safe. Room was adequate. Clean, included expected amenities. Ice was out on most of the floors. Housekeeping was fast to bring extra amenities when requested—coffee, towels, hangers...More
