We stopped at the creamery to have some ice cream and it was only $1.00 a scope and the scopes filled a cup! Great value. Great taste and huge variety.

We made a point to visit the creamery since we LOVE Blue Bell ice cream. It was so nice and clean. We were able to view the making of the ice cream and packaging through the observation deck. You can buy the biggest scoop of Ice Cream of your choice for $1!!!! The gift shop had some of the cutest stuff in it. We loved our visit and will probably visit again if we ever make it back to Brenham. The kids LOVED it.

Home of Blue Bell Ice Cream. Tours are not available, but you can view production from an observation area. The visitor center shows the history of Blue Bell Ice Cream, but has mostly static displays and pictures and is not particularly interesting. Excellent ice cream at reasonable prices - $1.00 a scoop! I would not recommend this attraction as something worth going out of your way to see, but if you're driving through town it makes a nice rest stop.

The morning we arrived at the Creameries we were the only family there visiting. We went upstairs and were greeted by a very nice guy. He walked us back to the window to where we could see how the ice cream was packaged and he told us the history of Blue Bell and how the process goes for making the ice cream and where all the ingredients come from. It was very informative, and after seeing that you get a nice sized cup of ice cream for just a buck. My kids loved the gift shop and bought themselves quite a few souvenirs for them selves and their friends. This is a great place for a family to visit!
