My husband and I stayed at this beautiful lodge Veterans Day Weekend. Berry Springs is located ontop of a hill with a beautiful and peaceful view of the mountains. It is located close to all the major attractions such as Pigeon Forge but is far enough away to give you the relaxing space you are looking for. Even if you don't do the tourist attractions, the Lodge itself has plenty to offer from games, movies and wonderful porches to sit and read. Pat and Sue were friendly and served great breakfasts. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at this lodge at the end of October. We absolutely loved it! As soon as we walked in the front door we felt like we were at home. There were so many great things about this lodge that we enjoyed; the wonderful breakfasts, the fabulous view from the back porch, the cozy fireplace in our room, all the fun things to do on the property and the fabulous hospitality. We've added this lodge to our list of top places to stay!

Second visit this year. Patrick and Sue are wonderful owners/innkeepers. The accommodations are so clean. I enjoyed how they had it decorated for the fall season...quite festive. Breakfasts are tasty. The setting is peaceful and you don't have any of the traffic from Sevierville area, but it's still close enough to the attractions and the Smoky Mountain National Park. We usually don't stay at the same B&B again, but this one was well worth a 2nd visit!!

Room Tip: 2nd floor, to me, is the best!

We stayed at Berry Springs Lodge in 2002 for a birthday celebration weekend and loved everything about the Lodge! We were so excited to return for our anniversary celebration the third weekend in October this year for a three night stay in the Honeysuckle Lodge room. We had a lovely room, first rate hospitality and attention to detail that is second to none! Patrick and Sue do a fabulous job making everyone who walks through their doors to feel welcome and special! The breakfasts were amazing as were the evening snacks that are included in the price of the room. The property is awesome and the views are spectacular! We even had one evening clear enough to see a spectacular meteor shower while relaxing in the hot tub on the deck off our room! We will be back....it was such a lovely anniversary celebration!

Room Tip: The Honeysuckle Lodge room is fabulous!

My wife and I spent a wonderful weekend this October at Berry Springs Lodge. This place was perfect! Delicious breakfasts and immaculately clean! Patrick and Sue pay a lot of attention to details. Lots of goodies and things to do. The hardest part was deciding whether to go to the other attractions in the area, or just hang out at the lodge. We did a little of both, but preferred relaxing as it was much needed for both of us. Listen folks, I'm very picky. This place is fantastic! The view from the back deck is unbelievable especially in the early morning as the sun comes up. Don't miss this place!

Room Tip: Ask for the Autumn Springs room on the first floor. It has it's own exit to the rear deck, and a jacuzzi. While we didn't have any children, they do accept 12 and over. Plenty to do for them.
