The staff of the hotel were friendly at any time we interacted with them. When we walked up to check in, the process went very quickly (around 5 minutes maybe). The room was clean and comfortable. Wife and I were able to enjoy a jacuzzi tub we both could fit in, after a long day of walking around Pigeon Forge. We had a nice gas fireplace in our room, which added to the ambiance. Bed was very comfortable, so we were able to get a good nights sleep. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for our future trips to Pigeon Forge.

Jeremy is the hardest working man in show business. He was the first person to greet us and the last person to see us off. The staff is truly amazing. About 7 miles from Gatlinburg TN and a little tricky to get to off of on Parkway but it's worth the fun and price. Convenient to everything Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Would stay again.

LaQuinta is always a good bet! This hotel is centrally located to all attractions. Management is extremely courteous, the rooms are spacious with all the necessary accoutrements (moisturizing lotion was missing, though). The breakfast buffet was sensational with a variety of cold and hot foods. The buffet table was kept full and cleaned every few minutes.

Sad to say it feels more like a dog kennel than a motel.I'd recommend another chain.and I say that as a dog owner.I'm fine with service dogs but find it unpleasant to be woke up with barking and have to share elevators,lobby,and breakfast area with animals

A great place to stay if you are traveling with pets. The front desk clerk was courteous and quick about checking in and explained the pet policy throughly. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good.
