Very easy to walk to trolley stop and dining, yet not right on the busy street. Quick access to the by pass road as well. Housekeeping her was above the standard and the breakfast was good. You can buy tickets and even print off coupons for other activities in the lobby area. Great hot tub to relax in after a long day of fun.

Room tip: Fifth Floor was quiet and nice. Elevators are efficient.

Our group reserved five rooms for three nights at this hotel, and Melanie was great to work with! She made sure everything went well, as the desk staff also did the same. Our housekeeper Nicole also did a great job with our rooms. My only comment for ALL SpringHill suites is that they need to begin using the same supplier for their breakfast items, such as the eggs, that Hampton Inn uses as it is a much superior product. Thanks again to this great staff for a memorable stay in Pigeon Forge!

Room tip: All rooms we booked were good and they were on the fourth floor.

This hotel is conveniently located off the main strip and it has ample parking. The rooms are configured in an odd way so they feel congested. The bed was kind of hard but comfortable enough. The sofa in the room was hard as a rock. The lighting in the bathroom was pretty bad, and my view was non-existent. The bathroom was spacious enough as well. The room just felt cramped.

They did have an outdoor pool with a slide, and also an indoor pool, which is great.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was accommodating.

After a bad experience with another hotel, this hotel's staff worked hard to help us check in quickly with an emergency early check in. Also, this room actually was a handicapped accessible room with a shower to match. They could design their luggage carts to be heavier and more durable. Also, the microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner actually were operational, which cannot be assumed.

Room tip: Keep in mind that the Wi-Fi is spotty in quality.

Showed up for check in an hour earlier than the 4 pm check in time, we were told promptly that they had no cleN rooms and we would have to wait an hour for one to be available. Fortunately for us, after asking if reception could take care of our luggage whilst we went out, another lady at reception was able to find us a room and check us in immediately. It was very much appreciated. The room was nicely laid out with seperate bathroom and lounge area with kitchenette. Everything was clean. Wifi included but slow. Breakfast included with the usual offerings, it was nice but the state of breakfast area was not the best. Housekeeping overall was sufficient , however we had one Occassion were we were leaving for the day when a bag of towels were being hung on our door - well before 10 am - we were more than happy to let housekeeping into the room, however they questioned if needed the room cleaned or not, in other words, I'd rather hang this bag of towels and not clean your room. Ok we took the bag....and kept the tip !!
