Stay here every year during rod run. Very clean rooms the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly an helpful when you check in. They have plenty of parking. They have a good breakfast and in the afternoon they have popcorn cookies an lemonade. It is a pet friendly hotel. It sets back off the parkway so you don't hear all the traffic. Would recommend to anyone.

We have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years and are very pleased with the facilities. We stay here because they take dogs over 25 pounds and have dog suites. They also have most of the same staff during this period of time.

Great experience traveling with my mom. She has eye problems and still found the room to be dark when all the lights were on. Bathroom toilet sat very low too. I had to help her sit up when she was done using the toilet. Loved having a mini frig and microwave in the room. My mom really likes her coffee very hot. Liked the new key card access to the room. Felt safe and secure.

Everyone is friendly here. Hotel is clean and very comfortable. We did not have any problems. We will stay here on our next trip to Pigeon Forge. Great location to everything. Easy access to hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Only stayed one night here but was impressed with the hotel. Clean, nice sized rooms, comfy beds , reasonably priced, a great view and friendly helpful staff. The waffles for breakfast were lovely. Would happily come back.
