Here again for Mountain QuiltFest. We've stayed at this hotel the last several years, for its proximity to LeConte Conference Center & comfortable amenities. Principal among these is an excellent breakfast, which includes an omelet station. Jessica Swedeen will make you an omelet with onions, peppers & cheese, to your order & it's yummy! Ed at the front desk is a familiar face who greets us & checks us in efficiently. We get wi-fi & there are computers in the lobby. All the comforts of home!

Room Tip: We've been happy with any room.

Very clean, king size suite was spacious with pull out couch and chair for extra guests. TV in one room didn't work, reported it to front desk with no reply. Stayed in room 210 and could smell breakfast being cooked. Breakfast that was offered can definitely be improved, coffee was never hot, lady doing the omelets looked like she just fell out of bed and she was bouncing back and forth between garbage duty and making omelets, asked for yogurt and was told they just ran out, they never had them in the first place. All in all I would stay here again on a groupon deal.

Very comfortable, with lots of room. Our family is me (a single mom) and three teens including one male, so finding places to stay where everyone can sleep comfortably and affordably is a trick. All Season Suites fit the bill. Yes, the rug, sofa and shower were a little worn out, but that didn't take away from the experience. Plus, breakfast was great!

The best thing about this hotel is the space in suites and the wonderful free breakfast. The rooms have separate living room bedroom and kitchen. Living room has gas fireplace. The best thing is the wonderful lady who cooks made to order omelets and waffles plus sausage gravy and biscuits-YUM. THEY ARE REMODELING and this will be a good choice for families visiting Gatlinburg and mountains.

First impression was not good at all. Weeds, trash, cigarette butts, dead overgrown shrubs plus a ladder and equipment blocking our entrance. Our suite was a nice size and clean. The carpet was new and the suite was recently spray painted. I know it was spray painted because paint was on the bathroom vanity, shelf, etc. paint was peeling off of the doors. My guess is it wasn't the right paint for the door material. The stool for the vanity was gross. I put a towel on it because I didn't even want my clothes touching the seat. The mattresses were comfortable but linens not good. I check for bed bugs and was not happy to see various stains on the mattress pad plus some suspicious fibers. The pillow was stained. The bedspread should not even be on the bed. There should always be a white washable cover of some sort so it is easy to see that it has been washed. The bed skirts were torn and frayed. Curtains loose from curtain hooks. The kitchen chair seat was torn. The suite had a kitchenette but was not furnished. Not a single spoon or cup. Guests have to go to he reservation desk for kitchen equipment! We did not eat at the hotel so I cannot rate the breakfast. We left a day early.

Room Tip: The only good room is one that isn't in this hotel.

Im so sorry that you had some issues with the property during your visit. We are in fact in the mist of a major renovation to correct the problems you just listed and give the property a new updated apperance and that does cause things to be out of place that normally are not. I am so sorry for the property not looking its best during your stay. However I do hope that once the property is fully renovated that you will come back and give us another try the next time your in town.
