Great food and lovely place. Amazing views if you get the right table. Dinner and lunch options are both great

A perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The food was first class, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, parking was easy - and what about the view!

The panoramic ocean and surf views only cap off consistently excellent food. I have eaten there on numerous occasions and have enjoyed the duck and pork dishes immensely. Not cheap but definitely a treat for your taste buds

We visited this restaurant yesterday for the first time to attend a family 90th birthday party. I can't find enough superlatives for this place. We were seated with a full view of the magnificent Tasman, waves rolling in, and a clear vista from South Cronulla round to Wanda and Kurnell Peninsula. There were kite surfers to watch, a jet skiing competition, kids playing in the water and on the sand and ... oh, yeah, the restaurant was amazing too. Colouring pencils and draw-on table cloths were provided for the littlies in our party. We found the staff extremely pleasant, helpful, friendly and professional and the food was cooked to perfection. We had a choice of three entrees and three mains (no dessert - that was the birthday cake), all mouth-wateringly tempting. This is not a hideously expensive restaurant but they are at the high point of mid range so some diners might think the portions were a little small, but I think when you have an entree as well as a main, you don't need to have enormous servings. We really enjoyed ourselves and I heartily recommend it. We live quite a long way distant from Cronulla on the NSW central coast but we've already agreed we are going to go back soon. I would say the best part was being there during the day because you can take advantage of the wonderful view; at night you'd pick up street and house lights but the view of the sea wouldn't be the same. The downside is that the place was packed - there were over 20 of us and all the other tables were occupied by other diners - so it was noisy - people talking, laughing that sort of thing so it did make conversation a little strained. I would not make that a fault though; it's really what you would expect from a place that is obviously very very popular. If it was packed with people and there was no chatter going on, you'd wonder what was wrong. If I could give this place more stars I would. Go and see if you agree.

We were a group of 11 for Saturday lunch at 12.30pm. Fortunately for us, although windy, the weather was gorgeous which enhances the view from the restaurant. There was an option on the menu of a fixed menu of 2-courses for $51 and 3-courses for $61 with three choices available for each course. Most of us chose from this. However two of our party chose the Seafood Platter for Two to share ($150), and commented that it was much different from the usual fare you get on a seafood platter, which they loved. We also brought our own wine and paid the $8 corkage fee. The food was delicious, and the servings were generous. There was a hiccup where two of our party were waiting ages for their main courses, and by the time their main courses came out, everyone else had nearly finished, however the manager made this up to us by offering both those guests a free dessert each. The fact that he noticed the issue and made it up to us, impressed the group. The wait staff all seem very well trained and attentive. I would definitely return. I'm not sure if it would be such an amazing location at night, as the ocean would be dark, and therefore the view wouldn't be so spectacular.
