Suite nice but water damage obvious and coach roaches visible. Offered coffee in suite but no milk. For price of room should have had milk in fridge. Can't say I seen on booking page there was an extra charge for parking. Staff not very friendly or helpful.

We were very disappointed in this apartment, as it promised so much.

Here is our experience:

PRO's:
- good location for movement to the northern beaches
- nice friendly staff

CON's:
- small bathroom
- mouldy, dirty shower
- TV was broken
- no A/C or fan in the bedroom. This may not seem a big issue, but when it is 34 degrees in Sydney it is.
- the room was not aired out or A/C on when we arrived, and it was 34 degrees.
It took many hours to cool the room down.
- they slug you an extra $15 per day for parking

Overall- not impressed and very tired apartments.

Stayed here to attend a friends wedding. Upon arrival it is nearly impossible to find Reception. It's down a driveway behind a security gate. After pressing the intercom numerous times and my husband walking around the whole property to try and get in, the gate finally opened.

I was asked to pay the remainder of the costs of the stay up front and could not be provided with a receipt. The girl at the front desk, while nice enough, had no idea what she was doing and said she couldn't provide a receipt for cash payments, only what was put through on the credit card. I have never left a hotel without a full receipt for what I have paid. This place is weird!

When we got into the 2 bedroom apartment and found poo hadn't been cleaned off the second bathroom toilet we immediately questioned the $400 per night price tag!!

Within about 15 minutes my friend had a picture frame fall off the wall onto her head. Luckily she wasn't badly hurt but we were not impressed at all by this accomodation.

The blinds didn't cover the windows properly and there were light bulbs missing from the bedside lamps - this can be expected from a cheap hotel room, not $400 per night - outrageous!!

We will never stay here again. Funnily enough, other wedding party guests also had a picture fall off the wall.

What a mixture of positives & negatives this place is.
Spent a week there in January for a beachy holiday, and the room was quite comfortable , clean & modern, after a recent refurb.
BUT....Reception don't seem to understand what service is - apart from being hard to find, the level of assistance when we got there was mimimal, from a 'couldn't care less' employee.
Living in the place for a week was frustrating. New Euro oven came with no instruction book, and many of those euro symbols on the oven make no sense. Every time we opened the oven the smoke alarm went off - every time. The kitchen was in a dark little corner, & the Rangehood light didn't work.
Having the 2 bathrooms was v convenient, but neither had a bath mat or a face cloth.
We had a lovely big balcony, but the balcony sliding ddors were inoperable - they wouldn't slide, (came off the tracks after one effort!) and COULDN'T BE LOCKED !!! We ended up accessing the balcony thru one of the bedrooms.
Speaking of bedrooms - have management ever stayed in one of their apartments?
Why is there no chest of drawers in the bedroom? Nothing to put a bag on, or to unpack clothes into? If it couldn't be hung, it had to stay in the suitace - not ideal.
And the airconditioner was great, very effective - but it is in the living area only - no a/c in the bedrooms.......so many a hot night was spent with the a/c on COLD and bedroom doors left open - so much for privacy.
Still on the bedrooms - the master had power & antenna points on the wall where a TV should go.......but alas, they hadn't got to actually providing one. Frankly it looked a bit like the room had been stripped of furniture & decoration - some might even call it minimalist !
The poor reception service continued throughout (despite one daytime receptionist being v pleasant) - it seems that the management places a low value on customer service.
Whilst we were dissapointed, we still enjoyed our holiday........so my advice would be to ask many questions about your room prior to booking, bcos they are not all the same (it is not a hotel - they are individually owned investment properties).
And if the management read this - Lift Your Game.

We stayed here for two nights recently and had a lovely stay. We were in a two bedroom apartment, with two couples and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms are set up with really comfortable large beds with lovely linen. The kitchen had everything we needed for some light cooking, and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal! There is a great lap pool downstairs as well. Great location for local shops and the local hotel. Would highly recommend staying here! The staff also are very friendly and incredibly helpful, we accidentally left some property behind and the staff went out of their way to get it returned to us.
