We have visited Sam and Manuel for the previous three years in a row when this restaurant was in PDM. Now they have relocated we made two trips from PDM to San Pancho to eat with these guys over the Easter holidays and the highly innovative menu has got even better. I would recommend the marrow bones with shrimp, Octopus with onion coulis and the rack of lamb. Actually I'd recommend it all but these were lovely new dishes we hadn't experienced before.

The margaritas with coriander, jalapenos and hibiscus petals are still knock out and worth the trip alone.

San Pancho is a gem and situated in a quiet side street the atmosphere at the restaurant is terrific, of course made all the more special by the very attentive and personal service Sam, Manuel and the team provide.

The concept and quality of this restaurant would happily sit side by side with some of the best eateries in London but at a rate that is affordable and without the need to book 6 months in advance.

Attention all foodies - don't miss your chance and go visit!

We had the freshest seafood! Very tender octopus and tuna that was prepared to perfection. Sam, the owner, was most hospitable. Their signature cocktail should not be missed.

We've experienced two of the local restaurants as they establish themselves in SP and here comes another!!

A little off the beaten track, all of one block from the main street.

We really enjoyed our dinner and the service was excellent.

We started off with recommended Mezcal drinks, very smooth and we'll done.

One of the highlights, made at your table salsa with an original recipe I have noted for later. Very nice!!

Next, asparagus and strawberry appie, followed by squid tentacles, very nicely done in a tasty sauce.

For mains we has the sable fish (rota) catch of the day and the prawns and fresh roasted veggies. Both were excellent. The sable fish, served on a bed of creamy rise and a green tomato puree. Very tasty!!

Complementary desert, a sorbet type custard topped with Mezcal finish, very nice!

The chef at Serendipity has some great ideas not to be missed!!

Make the trek, you won't be disappointed!!

This restaurant is a little more pricey compared to the other dining options in town; a little off the beaten path, a few blocks up from the main strip. Food was good, especially the catch of the day, and the service was excellent, just note that you will pay more here than other locations in town.

Be sure to ask for the drink menu before you order so you know what they are charging, which is excessive for the quality. We had 2 local beers, a mescal and a watered down margarita, plus 2 small bottles of water, one not requested, for $30 USD. The service was god awful. We cannot recommend this in any way. We did not stay to eat after the one other customer sent her meal back to the kitchen.
