Me and my wife had a short break and overnight stay booked elsehwere as a result of it being our wedding day when we stayed. Due to lockdown :/ we had to cancel and re arrange where we were staying so that it was within county borders.

Given the options and the time we had avaliable to plan this stay, we could have done a lot worse.

We stayed in the Windsor Suite, which while tired and dated offered all mod cons, and was like a fairly sized apartment.

By far and away the best part was the triangular spa bath.

I'd recommend for anyone to stay here, but be aware the decor is dated. The staff more than make up for this by being friendly and helpful.

We ordered prosecco to the room, but when they learned we had had to change where we were staying that night and why, they also gave us some free brownies and a small offer of congratulations in the form of piped chocolate!!More
