A nice place with nice eats. The little muffins are heavenly, lol. Try not to eat too many. Definitely a place we like to visit often.

We recently spent a couple of days in Memphis, and a barbeque restaurant was on our "to do" list. Jim 'N Nick's was conveniently located, so we decided to try it for lunch just before departing. It was a great decision.

First, we were greeted by friendly hostesses and seated in a very pleasant and spacious dining room. Our server, Derrick, arrived shortly thereafter, and simply could not have been more enthusiastic or helpful. He was actually downright entertaining, and oozed "Southern hospitality". He took our beverage order, and then we got down to food selections, on which he was most helpful. We decided on a pulled pork platter and a Carolina pork platter (pictured). You get to choose two sides with each platter and, on his recommendation, I chose onion rings. They're $2 extra, but worth every penny.

The pork platters and sides were delicious, and the portions were generous. They were accompanied by a basket of miniature biscuits and honey butter. Yum! Refills on our drinks arrived before they were needed.

The menu is available on their website. We were absolutely satisfied, and if we ever get back that way, would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Jim 'N Nick's! And thank you, Derrick!

I got food poisoning after eating at this place (probably from the coleslaw). Threw up all night and felt bad for almost a week. I called them the next day to complain, the person on the phone was basically like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Never going back to this place.

Not overwhelmed by the portions. Flavor was good and food was served quickly. Bloody Mary was not worth it. The Pig on a Bun was more bun than pig.The decor was nice. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Just walked from the hotel to this restaurant to have a good piece of food. And it was. Brisket was excellent. Local beer was also very fine. Recommend this place.
