After seeing a feature on this restaurant on a food tv channel, we just had to stop by and sample the burgers. The 100+ year old grease story got us hooked, plus we’d never had a burger that was deep fried. There was plenty of seating when we went today, and we got waited upon immediately by a really nice server. The burgers came fast, yes greasy, but really good and tasty. We also enjoyed the root beer floats we ordered with the burgers. It’s on the main drag of Beale Street, but beware there’s no parking, its all just foot traffic, so you’ll have to use one of the many local parking areas and walk Beale Street to get to Dyers. We enjoyed our lunch there.

Not sure if that is true although guide books and the bar man across the road said it was true!! What is true is the burgers are good!! Super tasty n worth the wait after an evening of soaking up the Beale street music and hospitality they certainly hit the spot

It's like nothing I've had before I ordered the double meat double cheese combo and I'm telling you this burger was awesome it had such flavor a bit greasy but that's how a real burger should be this is a 106 year old place they know what they are doing for sure if you are only in Memphis for even just an hour you have to get one of these burgers you won't be disappointed

Went in for lunch on impulse while walking around Beale Street and really glad we did! I didn't research beforehand so we knew nothing of them going in. The burgers were amazing and the fries were great too! Quick service and waitress was extremely friendly and helpful.

2 nights in Memphis. This place was a bucket list stop. The century old oil was intriguing. The burgers were awesome. A very different take on a burger. They were delicious. The fries and rings were amazing too!
